Ellipses convey sinister intent in a way no other punctuation can... this feels so ominous...... I know they're often used for hesitation or simple pauses but I am fond of adding dramatic effect.....

Legit could write an essay on the problems and differences between objectification and eroticisn because they are very different and im tired of pretending they're not. I feel like the more ive consumed queer art (outlier being the secretary) ive begun to truly make sense of how odd an average cishets perception of sexuality is skewed beyond belief. I see it represented in a good friend of mine (who is cishet), ill say something like wow that's really homoerotic and he doesn't see it which is so funny to me. Two notoriously homoerotic pieces of film and literature talked extensively about are fight club or American psycho which were written by GAY MEN often gets co opted by the frat bros and money hungry dudes fawn over it. This good friend of mine has looked me in the face and deadass said he doesn't see how American psycho is homoerotic. Idk i need to sit on this a bit longer to fully articulate my thought process, there's just a lot to unpack when discussing how sexuality is seen at a great scale and I have so many damn issues with how hush hush its gotten lately (not to say it never has been just hoped my gen would be better than this)
