Sorry I was absent these last few days. 

I went to the beach, put in some applications, went to the aquarium with a friend, put in some more applications, and then spent most of today putting in applications.

As you know, I was suspended for a week from my job. I hate my job. I’ve hated my job for months. So wish me luck on getting a new job. One that is not a dead-end job.

Liz laughed with Blair as she made her joke, trying hard not to blush. “Oh come on, as if he’d look at someone like me. He wants a girl who’s perfectly symmetrical, and let’s be honest, there isn’t any.” she said with a small shake of the head, chuckling. 

Liz looked at the place once the pumpkin was down, smiling at the sight. It was a really nice place, and you could smell the food from outside. It made Liz’s stomach growl softly. “Yeah! It’s a nice night, so let’s eat outside.” she looked up at the clear sky, loving the fact that there were no clouds around.

Blair gestured for two and the hostess seated them outside, handing them wine menus and regular menus. A different waiter walked past their table with a steaming plate of lasagna and Blair’s stomach growled. “Y’know, he might be crazy about symmetry but I’m sure he’s just as crazy about you, besides, you look perfectly symmetrical to me” she raised her hands up and formed them like a frame, pretending to adjust it “yep, you look good.” she complimented with a smile before directing her attention to the menu “Mmm...everything sounds so good, I can’t decide.”

Liz hopped on the pumpkin after Blair, getting comfortable before holding on nicely so she wouldn’t fall off. “Oh my god, I wanna see that! I was also thinking about something with some lace on it. I find those pretty cute.” she said with a smile. “Besides, they look amazing on anyone. You should get one too!” 

“Hmm… well I know I nice italian restaurant not too far away from the mall. We could go there if you want. Patty told me the lasagna is amazing.”

“Lace bras are practically all I wear, when I actually wear bras.” she smiled and took them high above the city “You know what bra I want to see you try? One of those bras that are sheer. I bet Kid would flip out.” she teased. 

“I’m not a huge fan of lasagna, I’m more of a shrimp alfredo type of person and speaking of Patty, how is she?”

“Oh my god, you gotta show me your bras! I bet they’re hella sexy, huh?” she teased, nudging Blair before Liz’s cheeks turned dark red with her comment. “What?! Sh-shut up!” this time the pistol slapped Blair’s arm and looked away, embarrassed. “Wh-why would I even show my bra to Kid?” 

“Eugh… I don’t like shrimps.” Liz said, scrunching her nose in disgust. She wasn’t too fond of sea food. “But I’m sure they have it over there. It’s a really nice italian place.”

“I don’t wear anything but sexy bras. I’ll show you one night after a few bottles~” she turned back to wink at Liz and then laughed as the pistol slapped her shoulder “You’d show your bra to Kid because you liiiiike him~ I know you liiiike him~!” she sang, lowering the pumpkin as they reached the restaurant. 

It was a quiet little place with a cute little outdoor seating area encased by vines and white, shining fairy lights. “You wanna eat outside?”

It was a quarter past 10 in the evening when Blair strolled up to the huge mansion. She had been out of town for awhile and it was definitely time to catch up with her best weapon friend. “Liiiiizzzzzyyyyy~! I’m heerrreeee~!” she sang, letting herself in like she owned the place.

It had taken around an hour before Liz considered herself done. She was going out with Blair after her friend had finally came back to Death City and Liz couldn’t be happier. Just as she put on her shoes, she heard the witch calling from down stairs. “I’m coming!” the pistol replied before rushing downstairs, smiling wide when she saw the other one. “Oh my gooood!!” she squealed and ran over to the other one, embracing her in a tight hug. “Oh I’ve missed you so much!”

Blair spun the pistol around in their hug, squealing and laughing as she did “I’ve missed you too!! We’re gonna have so much fun tonight, I can’t wait to see what my little pistol has been up to!” she let her go from the hug and bounced up and down before stopping to look closer at Liz’s chest “Have…your boobs gotten bigger?”

“Oh I know! We have a lot to talk about!” she said with excitement. Her eyes moved down to look at her own boobs when Blair mentioned it, blinking a few times in surprise. “Huh? Well… now that you mention it, my bras are a tad smaller, but I didn’t really give it much thought… Guess I’m gonna have to buy new ones.” the pistol chuckled before she walked over to the door. “Okay let’s go! I wanna drink!”

“Let’s go to Shinigami’s Secret later and buy some new ones! We can have a lingerie party!” Blair cheered, skipping out the door and linking their arms “We’re gonna have some fun tonight! We’re probably gonna drink too~!” she sang, even though it didn’t rhyme. She was just so giddy with excitement. “Do you wanna walk or you want to take a pumpkin?”

“We should go to the mall first then. I do wanna buy some new bras, and you’re gonna help me choose.” Liz said with a wide grin. “Let’s take the pumpkin,” she chuckled. “That sounds so weird, but let’s do it! I wanna buy some sexy underwear even if there’s no one to show it to.” the pistol replied with a small shrug. “C’mon then!”

In a poof of pink smoke a large pumpkin appeared and Blair hopped on, patting the spot behind her “You better hold on when you get up here, these things fly fast.” she warned, remembering the time Maka said she could handle it and ended up falling right off. “Of course I’m gonna help you pick out bras, I saw online that they have a bra with guns on it and I thought of you, if we find that, we’re getting it.” 

Once Liz was secure, Blair took off. “Oh! Where did you want to eat after shopping? At the mall or at a nicer place? I haven’t been home in so long, what’s new around here?”

A Night on the Town (Open RP)

She caught herself staring as he walked over to the dresser and bit her bottom lip, turning her attention to the trinket in her hand “I was thinking this thing, what is it, a paper weight? It’s shiny and round.” the silver ball had some steam on it and she rubbed it away, using the distorted reflection to look behind her.

“So now that you’re clean, what do you want to do?”

“It’s the fossilized eye of a witch that my father killed two centuries ago.” Kid was dead serious, and he didn’t look toward Blair in case she was offended by the object. He had used it as a paperweight when he was young and didn’t understand how wrong that was. “It became petrified when all the water was removed from her body at once and turned to stone for some reason. I believe her eye held an extra gland that helped her perform illusion magic.”

“But… onto brighter things. I was thinking about going out, seeing what trouble I could stir up.” Kid turned toward her with a dark look in his eye, as if he was suggesting something sinister. “Maybe swap the order of the trash cans on the street. Or make pumpkins crooked. Maybe I’ll even… change the bulbs between streetlamps.”

He put his undergarments back on as the steam started to fade. He walked in and turned the water off now that it had been exactly eight minutes since he had turned it on. His skin was still damp from the shower despite the fact that he had dried off. Maybe it was the steam. “Why? What do you want to do?”

She examined the witches eye a little longer before placing on the side table with a look of disgust. Sometimes she forgot that witches were targeted and the only reason she was pardoned was because she was a cat. But being a magical person like witches were, she still felt offended. But she shrugged it off, she was too drunk to think about that stuff. 

“I love stirring up trouble...but your ideas sound really boring. That’s like, preschool stuff.” she laughed, rolling over onto her back and stretching out “If you’re talking trouble, I suggest paint balloons dropping on people’s heads or fishing line across a path, y’know, fun things at the expense of other’s.” she looked at him again and smirked when she remembered she had made all the paintings downstairs crooked.

A Night on the Town (Open RP)

Blair glanced over where the steam was, her eyes widening slightly before narrowing, analyzing what she could see through the steam. He was always covered up so she never really noticed just how fit he was. She went over and laid on her stomach on the bed “You know I’m broke, I’d just borrow them then.” she played with a rather expensive looking trinket, glancing over towards the bathroom again.

Kid saw a reaction in Blair’s eyes. He dried himself off slowly, letting the water continue to run so that the steam bellowed throughout the room. He decided to see how Blair would react to teasing.

With the fog now covering most of the bedroom, Kid walked to his dresser and got out new clothes. Parts of his body snuck out from the fog, revealing lines and definition that were never visible to the casual observer. Nothing intimate was ever revealed, but it would have been difficult to deny that Kid was physically God-like in the way that a Shinigami would likely be expected to be. “Do you want to borrow something from me, Blair?”
