Despite knowing what she would undoubtedly walk into without knocking, that didn’t stop her from intruding. She was going through a crisis and needed a quick pick me up. It couldn’t wait. Considering, she was slowly but surely losing her mind. “Yes, you can. I need your help. I need something that’ll put me to sleep. Please?” It was late, or super early depending on how you chose to look at it. She couldn’t sleep. Not without having weird, nightmares. And she was desperate to shut her brain off for a few hours. If anyone could help with that it was Lee. Lexi would just make her talk about it and that was the last thing she wanted to do. “I’ll take whatever you have. But I just need it right now.”

Blair could admit she genuinely liked this side of Elena. She always saw promise in her, even though Caroline detested it. “You know the way to my heart,” Blair dramatically gushed. She mimicked Elena’s gesture, catching up to her by sucking down another jello shot herself. “Ooh!” She thrummed, while wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. Not exactly lady like, but she didn’t think Elena would care. “I met that god awful twin of yours. She’s been lurking about. I never thought I was capable of murder but I’m beginning to see the light in it. -- How’s that going by the way? I’m very sorry for you.”

“Trying to distract me.” Isaac shook his head slightly, deciding that it was probably easier not to push it and to just let her continue her act. Besides, Isaac knew that it was coming from a good place. “Is there something wrong with that I’m wearing?” he asked, tilting his head slightly to the side. “Is this a set up?” he asked, referring to the fact that Blair had someone she wanted him to meet.

Okay, so maybe he was onto her. The party was for him. And for Jeremy. And Elena. And anyone else who showed up and needed to forget about all that went wrong lately. There was no harm in her creating a distraction, something to alleviate all the crap everyone’s been put through. Isaac, most definitely. “Isaac honey, no...” Blair shook her head, fighting the urge to laugh. Poor guy, had no clue how to dress to impress. He was just lucky he had someone like her to teach him. “For starters, that shirt is wrinkled. You got it out of the hamper didn’t you?” Sighing, Blair huffed and then waved down a freshman who was just on her way out. “You,” She demanded to the cute little blonde girl who looked flattered Blair even acknowledged her. “Can you take his shirt, wash and dry it and then iron it within the hour?” To show her understanding, the girl nodded and Blair stepped forward, making a gesture for Isaac to take it off and hand it over. “Take it off. We’ll fix it. And in the meantime, go put on something else before someone sees this little mishap as an opportunity. I swear, everyone in this house is like a cat in heat whenever you’re around.”

So much for her discreet plans to get in and out before anyone spotted her. On the plus side? It was only Stefan. He could keep a secret. Not that it mattered because she wasn’t there for herself. Although, it didn’t make much sense for him to be there. “More like the world has shifted on it’s axis. Tonight, she seemed to be a bit off her game, because the coin slipped from her nose and with emerald eyes she watched it clink to the ground. “Shit,” Bending down to pick it up, she was just about to call a re-try when she caught sight of a familiar face, sitting at the other end of the bar. “Well i’ll be damned.”

Blair was currently going through a crisis, hence her surprise visit to Lexi. The only voice of reason in her life. Not to mention, Lexi was one of her best friends and she really needed her company more than anyone’s at the moment. There were few people she could go to about her personal problems. And Lexi was always good at distracting her or merely helping her solve the issue. “Don’t even think about it,” Blair snapped icily at a drunken sleaze who attempted to get close in order to buy her a drink. She waited at the other end of the bar for Lexi to get off of her shift and in the meantime avoided talking to anyone until Lexi noticed her waiting. “Thank god,” Blair sighed dramatically as she sprung off the bar stool and sauntered toward her best friend, all the while truly relieved. “Please tell me your shift is almost over. I need to steal you for a couple hours. It’s important.”

On her way inside Superstition to relieve her friend from a nine hour shift, Blair found herself distracted by all the early Christmas decorations. She wasn’t judging Marcella of course, but there was something black and round sticking off the side of the reef. “Oh nothing,” The blonde waved off, as if making a gesture to say it was no big deal. At least until she proceeded to point to the distraction calling on her gaze. “What is that sticking off to the side?” As soon as her hand got closer, she saw the shape move and screamed. “Oh my god! It’s a spider!”
