currently sitting in my school library, a place where my nose is constantly tingling.

someone smelt like they took a bath in axe body spray (ew) and then not even 5 minutes after that a student walked by smelling like homemade spaghetti. the latter gave a cozy feeling honestly.

i’ve been hard on myself lately about not appreciating the experience of physical self-care as i tend to rush.

there’s something so intimate about the work and time put in. i hope to feel the same with the mental soon.
