Chat, I’m in a yapping mood about my critters, so I guess that’s what ima do.

Also ask me about stuff if you want context, I don’t have rabies I promise

anyways, my story/wip series is made up of 2 (maybe 3) parts. A prologue, main story and short epilogue (maybe, debating if I should)

The Prologue is before the main story and gives context for what happens through the main timeline. There are 5/6 characters that are focused on throughout this part, the main two being Drip and Rock. Most of it focuses on Drip’s relationship with his mother and how it affects him and his mental health, his relationship with Rock, and lays the path for the main story’s direction.

There’s a weird spacing between the prologue and main story because more characters (that are.. you guessed it!! in the main timeline) are introduced as children. This jump is roughly 500,000 years. Those being Nova and her older brother Austin, with an addition of 450. But this chunk is done 10-15 years before the main story. There are some other running jokes that I might add, depends if I can find a way to inter-lock it into the timeline.

The main timeline now follows Mercury, Nova and Mosci. Nova (mid-late 20’s) is grown up now, and she mentors Mercury (19-20). Mosci (late 20’s-maybe early 30’s) is Nova’s long time friend/personal physician that shacks up with her in their shared house while Nova teaches Mercury magic. They get the news that Mercury is the newest blight and has to essentially go save the world, hence the name I’ve given the story, “Blighted Beginnings”. Yaba Yaba, I’ll shut up now.
