T Magazine: Ellsworth Kelly's “Austin,” a colored-glass-filled chapel, is very much the culmination of the late artist’s oeuvre, not just a summation of his work’s themes but his masterpiece, the grandest exploration of pure color and form in a seven-decade career spent testing the boundaries of both. Click the link in our bio to go inside Kelly's final work and only building, which opens this month at the University of Texas’s @BlantonMuseum of Art. Photo by @VictoriaSambunaris.

Photo by @stanleygreene / @noorimages | From the #NOORArchive, we're looking back for the next couple of days at Stanley Greene's iconic stories from the past 40 years. On the 14th of Feburary, he would have been 69. Caption: France, Paris, Portrait of a woman.
rachellevinberg: My best friend from high school. She doesn’t have an Instagram because she lives life off the grid. Sometimes, if I’m lucky, she returns my calls. Our last phone converstion was the first one in months. There was this wisdom and strength in her voice that I didn’t quite recognize. We always used to talk about how we would probably grow apart after school. It would happen “slowly and then all at once,” as John Green would say. That’s just how high school friendships work. We didn’t kid ourselves with all that “nah you will always be my best friend” bullshit. For the first time, that phone call, I realized it had happened. She noticed too.

T Magazine: Room Of The Day: Hydra has long inspired artists and intellectuals from Henry Miller to Leonard Cohen, and even today with the influx of art stars and yachting billionaires, its unspoiled charm remains intact. Here, in the living room of Brice Marden’s former home, now lived in by his daughters, a dog sculpture by the artist Cathie Pilkington sits in front of the fireplace. Photograph by Alexia Silvagni.
