What defines a mid life crisis? I think I missed the express to a mid life crisis and got stuck with the one making all the stops all the time. So just constant crisis.

Final day and what an epic conclusion to this Test match. First things first, India won by a commanding 270 runs; next important highlight f
I think the only team that gave Australia a wee bit of trouble this World Cup was India.
Why would you play Adele’s ‘Someone like you’ during a cricket final….I’m lost. Oh unless…they honoured one of the pioneers of women’s cricket.
So if India was fumbling and stumbling in their chase against BD a few days ago, then what on Earth was SA doing today? Stop making assumptions of teams and enjoy the damn cricket.
Here’s an oxymoron for ya. One of the vilest people I work with teaches Sunday school. What the fuckery are they teaching there or rather corrupting there? Clearly can’t be values, since they have a severe deficiency of that, along with decency, humanity and respect.
Why do some women look to hold other women back or suppress them because they feel like they don’t fit their box? Some of the stupidest things I’ve seen unfold at work. The attitude of ‘Oh you don’t fit in our box so we’re going to make you fit and suck up to us, or, kick you out’ is so passé. Girly pops didn’t anyone tell you which century we’re in? It’s definitely not the ones your ancestors lived through and passed down on to your collective entitled arses…that’s for sure. Why do people think that those who choose silence are weak or are doormats? Just because one can run their mouths and use vocal modulation to make dumb things sound critical and big words used in the wrong context sound important doesn’t mean they know what they’re talking about ya know? Sometimes it’s the silent MO that’s going to kick your arse into a few generations. Additionally, just because someone is silent it doesn’t mean they’re a doormat that you can walk all over, it just means their fire is lit and a revolution is coming for you.
The bullshittery continues and the eternal question remains. How the hell do you take on a clique? Do you let things proceed at the rate they’re proceeding, pretend to not give a fuck and give them enough rope to hang themselves?
I think I unleashed my brain to a new thotstream….well one way to find out if the passion still lives deep within or if it was a spur of the moment thing.
Best image from this match has been spotting SM 18’s jersey worn by the crowd!!! Yeaahhhh! We’ve made it ladies and gents! IWCT ftw, always refreshing to see just how much cricket has progressed and evolved for the mahilas!
Aag lagado India!!! Let’s do this boys 🔥🔥💪💪!!!!! Chak de phir rakh de!
Not gonna lie, a little gutted with the multi format series, but also glad (in a weird way) that with the loss comes lessons and oh so many of them. The team did their best to bowl and field and honestly it looks promising, I’m hoping this team gets to play more tests. Person I feel the most for us Smriti Mandhana, she looked gutted with both her dismissals. Next up is the South Africa tour followed by a long haul in England. I hope Team India kicks arse there. Maybe there’s a trip to the UK in the near future to catch a few matches. Wheels up, pad up and bails off!
It’s one thing to be targeted, but a different thing when the target is being cumulatively targeted by all systems that are in place to address targeting. I’m one of those humans that doesn’t give a shit about what you have to say to me about me and my personality or whatever the hell it is about me you can’t handle or feel insecure about, BUT, listen you fucking piece of shyte…you affect the very people I work towards caring for you’ll get the fiery side of me. If you think it’s cute to target the people I’ve always wanted to help and cater to my whole damn life, then you have another thing coming when you fuck with their very existence.
It’s a different feeling altogether when you finally finally FINALLY see someone get their due! SANJU SAMSON, it’s about bloody damn time! I am so happy for this human!!! He played an excellent excellent game today, the most sensible knock in a high pressure, high stakes game where he looked as cool as a cucumber and where this pressure didn’t seem to bother him at all. Take a bow Chetta! It’s something else when you take your country across the finish line and one step closer to the big stage!
I forgot just how obsessed and crazy I am about cricket. I guess that happens when you walk away from something you love with the entirety of your being. Possibly my biggest heartbreak ever. None the less this isn’t about me. The thing that reeled me back in was women’s cricket, I couldn’t be more proud and more excited than I currently am. And boy oh boy has it been the most amazing time ever. Being an ardent fan of the Indian cricket team, quite obviously I’ve been following IWCT doggedly. Currently they’re in Australia playing a multi format series, they owned the T20-I series and then got owned in the 50 over ODI series, all that’s left is the Test series. Given the washout with the ODI series, the Ozzies are leading. I’m definitely heartbroken that India’s Queens were unable to win one of the ODIs but that’s okay, it happens to all the best teams in the world and it doesn’t diminish their reigning champion title. After all the beautiful thing about sport is evolution leading to revolution and the way Indian cricket is going, this is definitely a step up. I mean if me the spectator is heartbroken I can only imagine how hard the players are being on themselves with their performance. Here’s wishing them the best of bouncebacks, they’re an amazing pool of talent and deserve only the best. With regards to Australia, they’ve dominated women’s cricket for ages and I don’t think I can say or write anything that has t been written before, but they were pure fire during the ODI series with their fielding and team performance. What a fitting retirement present for one heckuva world champion, Alyssa Healy. She led from the front in her very last ODI, and leaves one helluva legacy behind. With the Indian squad we have legacy makers evolving and making their mark including players like Harmanpreet Kaur (who continues to raise the benchmark for Indian cricket and isn’t slowing down anytime soon and God love her for that,) Smriti Mandhana (who I believe hasn’t reached her peak level yet and is already trailblazing her way in cricket history and is one helluva badass Queen), Jemimah Rodrigues (also known as the pocket rocket and livewire of the team, who continues to raise the standard with every match she plays and I’m so damn happy is a permanent part of the squad) and a player I’ve really been impressed by this ODI series who seems to be able to absorb and handle pressure well, Kashvee Gautam. I’m stoked for the future of women’s cricket, especially Indian cricket and look forward to the rest of this series.
CDC now stands for Center for disastrous cockroaches. Where’s that Raid? Definitely gotta get me some to keep the roaches out.
Thanks for sticking around and checking this serving of words. Your time and thoughts are greatly appreciated.
