Watched as the doctor tried to prove the existence of demons and angels.
But why try to prove what already blatantly does?
Watched as the demon made a fool of the doctor.
Demons always were nasty little things. I’m sorry he’s doing this to you.
Watched as his colleagues deemed him insane and all but shunned him.
It’s okay! I’m here! You’re not crazy, I promise!
There was a lot he wanted to say to him.
Yet silently, he watched. And the more he watched, the more it tore the angel up inside. There was something he could do to fix this, wasn’t there?
He could show himself.
He could prove to all of them that the doctor wasn’t crazy.
He could show them all.
But...
He wasn’t allowed to, by the creators.
He wasn’t allowed to interfere.
He wasn’t allowed to make things easier for the man he’d already come to adore and admire, just from a distance.
Angels were supposed to follow the rules. They were supposed to do as their creator told them.
But...
He decided to rebel.
Yet before he could reveal himself, before he could prove to the doctor that there was a willing candidate to prove angels and demons real, Finn found himself grabbed by the arm and yanked back, yanked away from the direction of the retreating doctor.
“You’re going to commit a grave sin, Finn. Are you sure this is what you want?”
It was only a momentary hesitation. He didn’t know what rebelling would cost him, but...
Whatever the price, it was one he was willing to pay.

The toon rubs his face has he comes back into consciousness, finding himself on the floor. How did he get here? What had he been doing before? Where was he?
He looks up, looking at the space that very much looks like a medical facility. Standing up, he decides that the best course of action would be to find someone.
