Mood after getting a 90% on my exam, buying tons of chocolate at discount(thank you St.Valentine), and having a wonderful day at work. Oh and Finally finished chapter one and submitted chapter one review(book club flow) I'm one HAPPY Woman!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!! Waking up this morning to my second family cause I can't be with my family this Christmas. I appreciate the many people that are in my life that truley love and respect me and treat me like family. Thats what I cherish the most about the holidays. Anyway gotta get back to my family Happy Holidays!

                             I'm just not ok with woman dumbing themselves down to conform with societies definition of a woman. We have to play helpless to keep a man. And not be goal oriented. It seems like in this day and age all woman want to strive for is a relationship. To worship a man, and not just a man, a man that has done nothing for them. Sure there is nothing wrong with that. All, well most woman dream of prince charming. But were we born to just cater to men. Cook for them? Clean for them? Honor them when they haven't done the same for us? 

I just see so many women giving up their lives for these men that has done little to nothing for them. They set aside their goals and dreams. Everything about them becomes him, and they lose themselves. I just know that could never be me. Not even at my lowest. If you want me, you want all of me. If I appear mentally stronger than you, make more then you, know more things then you, that doesn't mean I deserve to be look down upon. We all have our own life to live and I happen to learn these skills along the way. AND YES, I'M A WOMAN! I'm not some lucky girl, there are more woman like me, even stronger than I am. I can cook and clean..yes, but I also can paint walls, mow grass, and change a tire, I don't mind getting dirty...does that make me any less of a woman NO!
