the survival rates for mother & child are just too spooky for me. the fact that my Blackness can dictate whether medical and social services and legal professionals find me worthy of being alive & receiving care or not is crazyyyyy. whether they would save my potential child or purposely harm them just to harvest their organs or not is crazzzzzzier.

is it just me, or does misogynoir give a worse feeling than racism and misogyny on their own? because like, i’m not just being mistreated because i’m black, or because i’m a woman, it’s specifically because i’m a black woman🙃 like if i was a man, or even just a different race, i wouldn’t be getting treated this way. something about how specific misogynoir is makes it feel worse to me.
