TangoTek came up with this system in Decked Out 3 where he stores player-specific information in their deck to track their story progression and other relevant deeds. Meta-tokens, he calls it. Meta-tokens. Dude, they're cookies. They're cookies for the browser MMO you're making. Except instead of Google Chrome, the browser is the Minecraft client. Which means it's gonna run better

art fight is basically an art gifting game (you've triggered my autism need to infodump sorry<3)

everyone uploads their OCs and before the event starts chooses a team

Art fight then runs for the entirety of July and you get points for drawing (other wise known as attacking) other people's characters (or crafting or basically anything creative!)

at the end of the month the team with the most points wins, but it isn't really a competition and is all about art gifting (so me asking to attack your oc is asking to draw fanart)

this year is the 10 year anniversary of the website being up and hosted!

I'm soooo late to the mid offs hype but I'm watching Jumper's win and the differences between her and Couriway's videos are hilarious. On hers she's like "I trained for 1000 years like a shounen protagonist, Couriway is my sensei and his wisdom is unmatched" and then I watch Couri's pov and he's like "I have never made worse calls in my life, I was lying to Jumper constantly, I need to be put down like a sick dog"
