Aku sedih setiap kali menemui orang-orang yang sayang tapi gengsi. Ingin terus bersama tapi berusaha menyakiti, entah dengan candaan atau lawakan.... Saat orang yang disakiti membalasnya dia langsung diam seribu bahasa dan pergi menghindar seolah memang tak ingin berjumpa lagi, tapi jauh dalam hatinya dia masih terus mencari-cari.

Dua kali dalam hidupku diertemukan dengan karakter seperti ini, karena sudah pernah mengalami .. Rasanya aku seperti sudah tahu bagaimana akhir ceritanya nanti.

In the end ya, ego itu yang akan nyusahin kamu. Kamu akan terus penasaran dengan kehidupan yang dia jalani seperti itu seterusnya. Meski enggan, kamu tau dalam hati mu kamu rindu.

Di usiaku yang sudah segini, aku menyadari bahwa mengalah terus nggak akan ngasih perubahan apa-apa, gengsi bilang aku butuh kamu di hidupku gak akan membuat hidupmu jadi lebih baik. Becandain orang dengan bilang 'ini bukan urusanmu' padahal kamu masih pengen diperhatiin itu nggak keren sama sekali. Sabarnya seseorang dengan sikap orang lain yang maunya menang sendiri juga ada masa kadaluarsanya.

Kesimpulan : belajar buat control diri, kenali apa maunya hati, gedein ego please buat apa sih? Jangan ada sesal diantara kita. Say what you want to say.. If you don't know what you want, learn to know about yourself.

﴿قالَ يا أَبَتِ هذا تَأويلُ رُؤيايَ مِن قَبلُ قَد جَعَلَها رَبّي حَقًّا وَقَد أَحسَنَ بي إِذ أَخرَجَني مِنَ السِّجنِ وَجاءَ بِكُم مِنَ البَدوِ مِن بَعدِ أَن نَزَغَ الشَّيطانُ بَيني وَبَينَ إِخوَتي إِنَّ رَبّي لَطيفٌ لِما يَشاءُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ العَليمُ الحَكيمُ﴾

[Yūsuf: 100]

He said, "O my father, this is the explanation of my vision of before. My Lord has made it reality. And He was certainly good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you [here] from bedouin life after Satan had induced [estrangement] between me and my brothers. Indeed, my Lord is Subtle in what He wills. Indeed, it is He who is the Knowing, the Wise.

Narrated Mu'adh bin Jabal [رضي الله عنه]:

"One morning, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was prevented from coming to us for Salat As-Subh, until we were just about to look for the eye of the sun (meaning sunrise). Then he came out quickly, had the Salat prepared for. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the Salat, and he performed his Salat in a relatively quick manner.

When He ﷺ said the Salam, he called aloud with his voice saying to us: 'Stay in your rows as you are.' Then he turned coming near to us, then he said: 'I am going to narrate to you what kept me from you this morning:

I got up during the night, I performed Wudu and prayed as much as I was able to, and I dozed off during my Salat, and fell deep asleep.

Then I saw my Lord, Blessed and Most High, in the best of appearances.

He said: 'O Muhammad!'

I said: 'My Lord here I am my Lord!'

He said: 'What is it that the most exalted group busy themselves with?'

I said: 'I do not know Lord.' And He said it three times."

He ﷺ said: "So I saw Him place His Palm between my shoulders, and I sensed the coolness of His Fingertips between my breast. Then everything was disclosed for me, and I became aware.

So He said: 'O Muhammad!'

I said: 'Here I am my Lord!'

He said: 'What is it that the most exalted group busy themselves with?'

I said: 'In the acts that atone.' (In another narration: The actions that expiate [sins] and the [raising of the] ranks)

He said: 'And what are they (i.e. actions which expiate sins)?'

I said: 'The footsteps to the congregation (in another narration: taking steps towards the Fridays prayers), the gatherings in the Masajid after the Salat (in another narration: sitting in the Masajid after the prayer) and Isbagh Al-Wudu during difficulties (doing ablution thoroughly even in difficult conditions).'

He said: 'Then what else (i.e. actions that raise the ranks)?'

I said: 'Feeding others, being lenient in speech, and Salat during the night while the people are sleeping.'

He said: 'Ask.'

I said: 'O Allah! I ask of you the doing of the good deeds, avoiding the evil deeds, loving the poor, and that You forgive me, and have mercy upon me. And when You have willed Fitnah in the people, then take me without the Fitnah. And I ask You for Your love, the love of whomever You love, and the love of the deeds that bring one nearer to Your love.'"

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فِعْلَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَتَرْكَ الْمُنْكَرَاتِ وَحُبَّ الْمَسَاكِينِ وَأَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي وَتَرْحَمَنِي وَإِذَا أَرَدْتَ فِتْنَةَ قَوْمٍ فَتَوَفَّنِي غَيْرَ مَفْتُونٍ أَسْأَلُكَ حُبَّكَ وَحُبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّكَ وَحُبَّ عَمَلٍ يُقَرِّبُ إِلَى حُبِّكَ 

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed it is true, so study it and learn it."

Friday Eve | ﷺ

Have you ever been in a situation from which you want ease but don’t know how to verbalise it in duʿāʾ? Maybe it’s too simple and you feel silly asking for it directly. Maybe it’s too complex and you don’t know what to ask for.

Maybe it’s frightening and you don’t want to acknowledge it by verbalising any part of it.

Allāh has given you the words for when you don’t have your own: Sending peace and salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ.

In a ḥadīth highlighting the virtues of increasingly sending salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ, he ﷺ says to the one who excessively sends ṣalāt upon him:

تكفى همك ويغفر ذنبك

“Allāh will suffice you your worries and forgive you your sins.”

That worry that you struggle to verbalise, Allāh will suffice it for you.
