OOC: Mail Campaign to Save Ghostbusters ‘16
Phew! It took a lot of digging, but I FINALLY found the general feedback email address for Sony Pictures.
A lot of news articles are coming out claiming that a Ghostbusters sequel is never gonna happen because the box office was so disappointing, but between the box office take and the merchandising, there might just still be a slim chance, as long as there is a pointed public outcry to go with it.
I’m talking about fan mail, people. Lots and lots of it.
Be polite, be well-spoken, but make it clear you NEED THIS SEQUEL IN YOUR LIFE.
Keep in mind, this is a business contact. Most of us will not get a response. The idea is to show support for this new franchise, not to harass some poor sap only doing his job. Please do not spam this address. That will not help. That would in fact be the opposite of helping.
We’ve seen the film, we’ve bought the toys, now say your piece and spread the word.
