Hihi! I already explained it before but I guess because I didnt add any tags to my answer its hard to find, so that's my bad. Also dont worry its not annoying at all.💕

I usually get the cards from either Sekai viewer or the project sekai fandomwiki, then just put them into ibis paint and erase the backround to only keep the characters. Its kinda time consuming but its not difficult at all^^
