Gotta have a healthy cardio/weight lifting or strength training balance. Cardio burns fat, strength training will turn fat to muscle. If you do too much cardio and not enough strength training, you’ll end up burning fat and muscle along with it and you’ll be flabby. Both are needed for the most effective weight loss tho. Build (or keep) muscle in your butt by doing a range of glute/thigh strength training exercises in repetition. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’ve lost 40+ pounds so far and this is what I’ve learned and what has worked for me. I won’t give you food advice cause I’m plant-based and I don’t wanna be preachy lol
