"Of course you’re not." Jonathan wondered why he was being visited by an older version of his son. He wasn’t upset or bothered by it, just confused. He smiled, gesturing for the boy to enter the house.

Johan entered the house as he was instructed.   He was relived that his father wasn't upset to see him... he just hope he wasn't confusing him too much. 

"Are you... surprised to see me like this, father?"  the boy asked, his voice rather casual, considering the situation.

Jonathan halted whatever he was doing, immediately catching a familiar scent. He frowned, staring at the door from the kitchen. He cautiously approached it, opening it carefully. When he saw the boy, and still smelled that same scent, he opened it wider.

"J-Johan…?"

Johan smiled and moved a little closer.   He was a bit nervous, but at the same time, he was always happy to meet his father, younger or not. 

"Y-Yes, Father... it's me."  the boy stammered a bit.   "I hope I'm not intruding..."

Reunited at Last

The young boy stood with anticipation at the front door, waiting to meet his father.  This felt rather odd, standing in front of his own house, waiting to meet his father, only younger.   But nonetheless, Johan was excited.  He knocked on the door, hoping there would be a response.

"Hm... there seems to be another version of my father running around... perhaps I should visit him..."
