Making love was never about you and me in a bed. We made love whenever we held hands.

It’s a huge pet peeve of mine to see general trans advice blogs offering advice worded in a way to dissuade people from researching bottom surgery.
“Even if the surgery improves–” “Bottom surgery is underdeveloped for trans men but–” “It won’t be functional so–”
Of course you don’t have to want or even need a surgery to be trans. Of course there will be people who would not currently benefit from bottom surgery unless other options became available.
But people come to such blogs for impartial advice. Let them come to their own conclusions about whether a procedure is “advanced enough”, “worth it”, “functional”, “good enough” etc.
Signpost them to additional resources, lower surgery diaries and blogs, patient guides, other resource posts, Facebook groups, transbucket links and other photos as opposed to imposing your own opinion on someone who may not have a good idea of the current options, risks, complications, appearance of final results, sensation, etc.
Good advice is often impartial, and people should be encouraged to do as much research as possible to come to a conclusion that works best for them.

Snow Blown #2 by Matt Anderson
A meandering creek leads in an S-shaped curve to a recently snow blown tree. The weather working in tandem with the twilight hour created a serene glow over the landscape.
