REFLECTION • I want to have something to reflect back to and remember this bittersweet year that changed the way I viewed myself and have grown so much at 21 years old. I discovered what a woman really is and what a woman could be. I am blessed to even have the opportunity to live as an independent artist. I have the resources at my disposal. I am healthy and my skin shines. My hair is better than ever. I have priceless moments captured on my phone. Although I know phones are toxic, I am privileged to be able to afford it and use it as an essential tool for my film career. I can go on and on foreal I've never felt so overwhelmingly grateful even though most of this year was incredibly challenging. I wish I can write it all down. Actually yes I'm going to do that lol that's why I bought a journal duhh. Well thanks for reading and I truly encourage you to literally write down all the things that made you smile this year or that changed the way you thought about something/someone. Learn more about yourself and the way you went about your unique experiences. That's what this selfie is going to represent. 2016 helped me learn more about my myself. Go ahead and discover your capabilities, weaknesses, triggers, pleasures, boundaries, and strengths. I recommend the "notes" app on your phone. It's both accessible and confidential.
