   Sayaka really had no idea why everyone was giving her cats… But she really couldn’t complain! Cats were always welcome in her home; honestly, she was a big fan of the fuzzy creatures. And besides, what on earth dangerous could be concealed in this cat, a bomb?

“M-Mrrow…?” The small cat was scared of his new master.

  “ Yup, She’s a soldier, but not at all that admirable, She might be a killing machine in battle, but when it comes to things like social skills, friends, life- She sucks! ”

       Once the hideous collar had been removed from her neck, She leads Sayaka outside the dorm rooms and sent Mukuro a message of bringing Kamakura to the desired location. While waiting She decided to deepen the bond between the two- If only to further deepen the despair she would feel in the future.

   “ While we’re waiting for those two, let’s bond some!! What did you do during your summer break? And why aren’t you hanging out with your friends? ooo! Are you and Naegi-kun in Love?  “

   She asked Sayaka some fairly normal and boring questions. Even when the other two arrived, she practically ignored them, except for performing a formal introduction, between them.

   ” Sayaka, This is my friend Izuru~!! I know, I know, the goth look, isn’t all admirable, but oh well. And this over here is my smelly sister, Mukuro Ikusaba! Now that’s outta the way, let’s go!! “

   The innocent idol definitely couldn’t understand why Junko was calling her own sister such horrible things, or even how she could. It was unthinkable... And it only made that gut feeling grow stronger. Something was telling her to run. Not exactly telling... Screaming was probably a better word for it. Still, she stayed. She trusted Junko. Junko was her friend.

❝ I really just went on tour this summer... And my friends are all enjoying their break with their friends and family! Naegi-kun? We’re just friends! He’s already dating Kirigiri-chan anyays... ❞

   Sayaka didn’t really like talking about Makoto that much. Well, at least not in the context Junko was describing. She did love Makoto, but he was taken by her best friend, and Sayaka could never live with herself if she broke up the special romance they had with each other.

And with that done, Sayaka followed Junko wherever she may lead her. What a fool she was.

Honestly she didn’t understand why the other worried for her. What’s fake food anyways? She felt somewhat bad to have Maizono take care of her and waste her time on her but if she was okay with this and wasn’t complaining then Chiaki had no choice but to accept this care she was receiving.

After Maizono had found her cookies, chiaki looked up and opened her mouth with an ‘Aaah’ coming out of her mouth and finally munching onto the cookie..

“You can try some if you want to Maizono… they are one of my favorite cookies..They taste really good”

Chiaki really hasn’t gone into a restaurant or anywhere with fresh food, she tends to go to a store and buy whatever she finds like noodles that you bake with the microwave… Ramen! which was her favorite food of all time!

❝ Eh? These are your favorites...? Well, you just haven’t had any of my famous homemade cookies! This processed stuff is super unhealthy... Well, more unhealthy than normal cookies, anyways. ❞

   Sayaka couldn’t believe this was her preferred kind of cookies! That settled it; Sayaka was definitely cooking for Chiaki at some point in the future. Had she ever had any home-cooked meals? If so, how many? To Sayaka, there was nothing better than a nice roasted chicken with her dad and sister, as rare as it may happen.

❝ You should totally come to my home for dinner one day! Even if it may not look it, I think I’m a pretty okay cook! Plus, I’d love to have a friend over! Sleeping in my bed must be better than on a park bench, right? ❞

   Well, that was half of the reason. Of course, Sayaka was concerned for her friend and her health, but another part of her was just lonely. She had grown so acostumed to having someone with her every minute of every hour, so it was weird not to have someone to talk to. Plus, it reminded her of the very reason she became an idol herself, and though it was nice to reminiss, she liked to avoid thinking too heavily on the subject.

Sayaka continued to feed Chiaki the cookies until there were none left, save for one. Maybe Chiaki would get hungry after her nap, too! Better to be safe than sorry.
