The Outing: Registration Form

We will officially open the registration form for the outing event this coming Monday, September 25, 2016. And please make sure to read all the questions carefully. Also, once you submit your registration form, notify your group admin so that we can take note of your information. Thank you.

The Outing: What Will Happen Next?

We asked folks about their appearances on our upcoming outing and most of them asked another sets of questions regarding the upcoming outing. So, we come up with the questions related to the Blued group members questions and provided answers.

Why is that the outing event will be held in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna? Few months ago, we asked members from different groups, and asked suggestions about where can we celebrate our first get together. Since that most of them preferred a place where they can do anything without other people yelling, shouting; a place where they can sing the whole night, chit chat, swim and sleep with their significant others, we selected some private resorts nearby and we found one that will fit for everyone, and this resort is located near the national highway in Barangay Pansol, Calamba, Laguna.

What’s with this resort? On my personal note, I can say that this is really not a resort but it looks like a private house. It has three rooms where two is located on the second floor while the other one is located on the first floor with the kitchen, the big garage and the restrooms. In front of the two rooms on the second floor is a long swimming pool where you can swim all day long. Also, there’s a wide vacant area with chairs and tables perfect for boodle fight and a videoke machine perfect for sing-a-longs.

What will happen if only few people will attend this coming get October 29 for our outing? We will still continue the outing event. However, we may pay for additional charges to fill in the withdrew slots originally reserved by those people who initially committed themselves for the outing then withdrew after some personal reasons and alibis.

Can we go somewhere else instead? That will depends. If ever that only few people will attend, then we may go instead somewhere we can enjoy our first get together. We may go for a videoke hangout, a drinking session or we can go home and permanently cancel the whole event.

Will we be removed from the group if we will not join the outing event? No, unless you’re inactive for five days. Also you may be removed if you’re inactive on our groups for more than 24 hours but always active on other groups based on your time of your activities shown on the group list and on your profile.

What if we wish to deactivate our accounts instead? Then, you may do so. We are not forcing you to stay if you really don’t want to. But if you will just uninstall the app itself, it will not deactivate your account. For your account to be deactivated, you need to send an email with the title “Delete Account” and the contents of the email including the reason of deactivation and send it to [email protected] and your account will be deactivated within 24 to 48 hours.

The 1st Outing: Schedule of Activities

Since that we want to make sure that everything will be in order on the day of our get together, we made a schedule so that everything will be done in a timely manner.

Travel time may vary depending on the availability of buses and their schedule; also may vary depending on the traffic from EDSA to Skyway and SLEX going to Calamba City. (*)

Travel time from Calamba going back to Manila is much faster because it’s Sunday and expect that before 09:00AM, all of us will already be in Manila. (**)

The 1st Outing: Meet Up Location Detailed Travel Guide

For those who wants to have the detailed guide on how to go to the meet up location in Taft Avenue, Pasay City, you may check your nearby area list below to identify how can you go there within the allotted meetup time.

BULACAN MEMBERS: Since that you are the farthest members of the group, we would encourage you to take either a bus or a jeepney ride from your current location and drop off to the nearest LRT Line 1 Stations (whether it’s LRT Line 1 Monumento or LRT Line 1 Extension Balintawak Stations.) After that, take an LRT ride from either of those two stations going to LRT Gil Puyat Station. The right side of the LRT station is the bus terminal. Just go down, and you will see us from the bus terminal waiting for you.

CAMANAVA MEMBERS: For those who are from these areas, you may take a bus ride from your current location going to LRT Line 1 Monumento Station. After that, take an LRT ride going to LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Station. The right side of the LRT station is the bus terminal. Just go down, and you will see us from the bus terminal waiting for you.

BALINTAWAK, SANGANDAAN AND BAESA MEMBERS: For those who are from these areas, you may take a bus ride from your current location going to LRT Line 1 Balintawak Station. After that, take an MRT ride going to MRT Line 3 Taft Avenue Station. SAN JUAN, CUBAO, AND MARCOS HIGHWAY MEMBERS: You can take a ride from the nearest LRT Line 2 stations on your area and drop off to Recto Station. After which, take a bus ride directly going to LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Station. You may take a bus ride from either Commonwealth Market or Batasan Hills going to EDSA GMA Kamuning. The right side of the LRT station is the bus terminal. Just go down, and you will see us from the bus terminal waiting for you.

ORTIGAS, KAPITOLYO, MENTAL, PINEDA, AND WACK WACK MEMBERS: If you are from these areas, you can take a jeepney ride going to the nearest MRT Line 3 stations and from there, go to the end point station which is in MRT Line 3 Taft Avenue Station. After that, go to LRT Line 1 EDSA Station via express lane shortcut from MRT and take an LRT ride from LRT Line 1 EDSA Station going to Gil Puyat Station. CHINO ROCES, MAGALLANES AND MALIBAY MEMBERS: If you are from these areas, you may take a jeepney ride going to MRT Line 3 Magallanes Station and you can either ride a train to MRT Line 3 Taft Avanue Station or by riding a bus going to Metropoint Mall in Taft Avenue-EDSA Intersection. After that go to the third floor of that mall and you will see the express lane going to LRT Line 1 EDSA Station. From there, take the LRT ride going to LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Station. The left side of the LRT station is the bus terminal. Just go down, and go to the other side of the road and you will see us from the bus terminal waiting for you.

BACLARAN, LIBERTAD AND CUNETA MEMBERS: If you are from these areas, you can just ride a jeepney from your current location going to LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Station. Go to the other side of the road and you will see us from the bus terminal waiting for you.

BICUTAN, BF HOMES, SUCAT, GATE 5, AND SLEX MEMBERS: For those who are from these areas, you can ride a bus from your current location going to MRT Line 3 Magallanes Station. Afterwhich, ride a train to MRT Line 3 Taft Avanue Station or by riding a bus going to Metropoint Mall in Taft Avenue-EDSA Intersection. CAVITE AND LAGUNA MEMBERS: Since that these areas are nearer in Calamba, we would highly recommend you to go straightly to the next drop off area which is in Puregold Calamba. Once you’re already there, please let us know by sending us a personal message via Blued or a text message via our phone numbers.

Supposed to be, there will be two meet up locations set for the outing. One is at DLTBCo Bus Terminal in Taft and Gil Puyat Avenues Intersection, while the other one is at DLTBCo Bus Terminal along EDSA Cubao near Ramon Magsaysay Cubao High School and Nepa-Q Mart. But due to some possible effects of setting two meet up points and possible laziness of the attendees, we decided to have one meeting place so that everybody will be on time. And since that you will also register your valid and best contact number to reach you, we will send a text blast time by time to monitor where are you currently at. We will also request to turn on the GPS locators of our friends in Blued Management.

The 1st Outing: Meet Up Location Travel Guide

For those who are planning to come and join our upcoming get together hangout this coming October 29, 2016, here is the complete guide on how you can go to our meet up point. Also, please keep in mind that we will be strict in following the allotted schedule for meet ups before we all go to Calamba, Laguna.

Please be reminded that the fastest way for you to be in the meet up area is by taking a train via LRT Line 1 going to Gil Puyat Station or by taking MRT Line 3 going to Taft Avenue Station and LRT Line 1 going to Gil Puyat Station. Some can also take a bus ride going to LRT Leveriza via EDSA Ayala and Gil Puyat Avenue. You just need to tell the bus conductor that you need to drop off in LRT Gil Puyat Station where the bus terminal is on the sound bound area, right side after Jac Liner and Ceres Transport.

To determine as well the location of the bus terminal:

If you are travelling via Gil Puyat Avenue from EDSA-Ayala Avenue Intersection, the bus terminal at the southbound area, right side.

If you are travelling via Taft Avenue from downtown Manila, it is located on your right side once you drop off in LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Avenue Station.

If you are travelling via Taft Avenue from EDSA, you need to pass Taft-Gil Puyat Avenue Intersection, and it’s located on the southbound area, left side.

But if you are not familiar on how to get there, we will guide you so please have you brains ready as we will also show you maps where the landmarks are visible for you, and to have easier way on how to get to DLTBCo Bus Station.

The 1st Outing: Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

The questions and answers that you will read are the questions asked before by those people who are interested to join but having some hesitations in joining. If you have other questions not included here, you may send one to our admins Blued accounts or to the group owner’s Blued accounts.

REGISTRATION

WHY DO WE NEED TO REGISTER? We require you to register your personal information to ensure that everyone is safe on the day of our get together event. Also, this will prevent us from having lost valuables which is usually the main concern of those who normally attended get together, and other events.

WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WILL BE ASKED? Normally, we asked for your personal information including your real name, your contact information, and your emergency contact information. For you to see the complete list of questions, you may check the registration form.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO RELEASE ANY OF MY INFORMATION? Then, we would not allow you to join the outing. As much as we want you to be there, one of the requirement is to fill up a registration form for us to ensure the safety of all the members who will attend and their valuables. Also, please keep in mind that all questions and information that will be asked on the registration form is all required.

OTHER GROUPS DON’T REQUIRE THIS INFORMATION, WHY IS THAT YOU REALLY NEED OUR INFORMATION? Simple, we want to make sure that all of the members are safe. Even though we know that most of you will be after hookups on that day, we still want to make sure that no one’s personal belongings will be lost or stolen as what usually happened on your other group evens in the past. Also, information that you will release to us will be confidential. Only the group owner will have the access for that information because he will be the one who will be in charge to all of you, especially if there will be some instances that someone needs to be send in the hospital due to attendee’s behavior, lack of accountability, and responsibility.

PREPARATION

WHERE IS THE MEET UP POINT? All of the attendees must go to DLTBCo Bus Terminal located along Taft Avenue near LRT Line 1 Gil Puyat Station. For the full information on how to go there, please wait for the additional updates.

HOW MUCH TIME ALLOTMENT IS GIVEN FOR ALL THE MEMBERS BEFORE WE MEET IN THE MEET UP POINT? You actually have all the time in the morning to prepare because we all of us need to be at the meet up point area by noon and we can only wait for you until 01:30PM.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE? Yes. There will be, and the dress code will be announced few days before the get together.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING A FRIEND EVEN IF HE OR SHE IS NOT A MEMBER OR NOT USING BLUED? Yes, as long as they will pay for their own expenses, they are welcome to come and join us.

WHO ARE WE GOING TO LOOK FOR ONCE WE ARRIVE IN THE BUS TERMINAL? Look for the admins who are assigned to pick you up, and once you’re already there, please register your Blued username on the attendance sheet.

WHAT TIME WILL WE LEAVE THE BUS TERMINAL? At around 01:30PM, we will ride and leave at the bus terminal via DLTBCo Bus heading to Puregold Calamba in Barangay Pansol, Calamba City, Laguna.

FOOD AND DRINKS

WHAT ARE THE VIANDS THAT WILL BE SERVED ON DINNER? It will depend on which viands from our registration form got the highest scores. We will select and cook the top three viands that got the highest score.

HOW DO YOU SELECT THE VIANDS? Based on suggestions last August when we first discussed about the get together, we gather all of the dishes that all of the previous group chat members know to filter what are the viands that we can cook for the get together. And if you want to see the complete list of the viands to be selected, you may check the online registration form.

WHAT IF I DON’T EAT THOSE VIANDS THAT GOT THE HIGHEST VOTES? You have an option to buy your own in Puregold Calamba, and you may ask us to cook it for you. But make sure that you will eat it. Also, if you wish to request for a refund since you weren’t able to eat because of the food choice, it’s not refundable. The portion of your payment will go directly to other necessities that we will be using for the whole night.

WHAT IF I PREFER TO EAT THE VIANDS BUT I HAVE ALLERGIES ON SOME INGREDIENTS? In addition to that, you may bring medications so that we can prevent those from happening or better yet, don’t eat the viand that will trigger you an allergy.

I WANT TO BUY ADDITIONAL FOOD FOR MYSELF, WOULD THAT BE FINE? Yes, you may. But please be minded that local stores are couple of streets away from the resort and the most convenient time for you to buy your own food is once we are in Puregold Calamba. So better decide which is which.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING LIQUORS NOT LISTED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM? If you are very generous to do that then, we allow you to do that but please make sure that the liquor you’ll bring is still edible.

WHAT ARE THE LIQUORS THAT WILL BE SERVED? Same goes as how we picked the viands that we will be cooking. The liquors that will get the highest scores will be the drinks that will be served during the whole night.

ACTIVITIES

WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES DURING THE OUTING? It will be based on your suggestions via online registration form. Now, we will pick the best five games that we know everyone will enjoy and after we will put some twists to those games so there will be some surprises.

CAN I JUST GO AND SWIM INSTEAD OF JOINING THOSE ACTIVITIES? Since we all came to participate and have fun, how can you make friends and get a chance to know the other members if you will just go enjoy all by yourself? Isn’t that unfair on that part because they participate and you did not?

WILL THOSE GAMES BE WHOLESOME OR NOT? Of course we know that some of the people who will attend the get together are wholesome and conservative while the others are too much liberated in a sense that they don’t care about what others will feel. So, we decided to have all the selected games balanced so everyone can participate.

I’M PLANNING TO HAVE FUN WITH SOMEONE. WHAT ARE THE RULES? There’s is no specific rule when it comes to that point. All of us are already adults and I believe that you already know what’s right and wrong. Now, regarding that, no helmets, no fun.

I HAVE A HELMET, BUT HE WISHES TO USE NATURAL, WHAT SHOULD I DO? That will fall under your decision. We will not be liable in case someone will be positive in HIV or AIDS. We know that having penetration without any protection feels good because the pleasure is there. But as much as possible, we want everything to be safe. So if you will not listen to our advice, it will be your call.

PAYMENT

HOW CAN WE ASSURE THAT WE WILL GET WHAT WE HAVE PAID FOR? Once we collect your payment in Puregold Calamba. All expenses will be documented beginning with the ingredients, the meat, the drinks, the liquors and the other things that we will be needing once we step in the resort.

HOW ABOUT THE EXCESS MONEY, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM? Few hours before we leave the resort, we will announce the exact amount of all the expenses and the remaining amount of the contribution will either go to a team breakfast, or a refund. It will still depend on the decision of the majority.

The 1st Outing: What to Know

Since that we were not able to push through the first get together event last September 24, 2016 due to some schedule infractions and some reasons of those attendees, we decided to move the event on the last weekend of October since most people are on vacation for the All Saint’s Day and All Soul’s Day. Since this will be the last reschedule that we set for the event, we hope that everyone will come and join us for this. So to give up a heads up on what will happen, here are the questions that was asked before.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT ON OUR FIRST GRAND GET TOGETHER? Expect that there will be a lot of things that will happen this coming Saturday night until Sunday morning before we go home. Starting from the activities that we will offer, the question and answer portions, and some challenging segments that will surely test how strong you are.

WHAT WILL BE THE SETUP OF THE EVENT? The whole event will be divided into four segments. The following segments below are the things that we will do during the event.

GETTING TO KNOW: Where each attendee will tell something about themselves, what type of person are they, and what are they up to. Follow up questions may be given if some attendees are not yet satisfied with the attendee’s answers.

ACTIVITIES: After the introduction, there will be set of games that will be played to see how competitive the attendees are. There may be prizes waiting for those winners depending on the decision of the panel of judges and the main facilitator.

DINNER TIME: Before you tell something about yourself and start the games prepared for you, we want to make sure that dinner is already served. All viands that we will serve on that night will be based on your votes from the registration form. So before we set the roof on fire, we want to make sure that your tummies are already full.

HAPPY HOUR: By this time, all activities are done and you may do whatever you want as long as it’s wholesome and no one will lose their personal belongings. Also, this is the time where you can sing all you want, chit chat with your group chat friends, swim all night, and get drunk. Oops, I forget to mention that helmets are only optional.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT WE CAN BRING? You may bring extra clothes, swimming clothes, plastic bags for your wet clothes, condiments, beauty stuff, and anything that will pamper you the whole night. We will allow you to bring cigarettes, and vape if you prefer to bring that while on the event. Candies and sweets are also allowed if you want to share that to your friends. Also, if you want to bring helmets for arousing moments.

The 1st Outing: Primer

To all group chat members who are interested to join on our first get together this coming October 29, 2016, here are some information that you need to know:

Registration of those who are interested to join is from October 1, 2016 (Saturday) to October 25, 2016 (Tuesday).

You can register to this form and answer the following questions.

The get together fee is amounting of P700 exclusive of bus fares.

Meet up location is only in DLTBCo Bus Terminal because they cater services and routes going to Calamba City.

Meet up time is between 12:00PM to 01:30PM only.

The get together event is from Saturday 06:00PM until the next day 06:00AM.

Firearms and sharp materials are not allowed.

You may bring extra clothes, swimming clothes, plastic bags for your wet clothes, and any proof of your identification.
