It is the love and mercy of God that the earth is not so hard and not so soft . If it was so hard how would you grow anything in it was so soft we will also not survive our lives on earth. Its God Almighty who cares for all of us and every single creature because he is full of love for his creation. Not a single minute passes in which he does not think and arrange comfort for his creation. Not a single minute passes where he does not think of protection for his creation. This is Love this is sacrifice. Every single seed, every single petal or biggest entities of Universe are bound to sacrifice. If a Spiritual person does not spend his/her every single drop of blood to service and care for creation, he/she is not a spiritual person. Our lives should be spent in help and service of others. We are all characters of a drama. Each character can due bur is replaced by another. Millions of fathers or mothers pass away but millions more come to take their place. Best is to do your role with joy. All kinds of characters are needed to perform a drama. Make sure you respect others and know that each on of us must complete our task on earth before we are allowed to leave.
