TRANS VICTORY IN EUROPE

Today the European Court of Human Rights released one of the most powerful rulings in favor of transgender rights in modern history.

Three trans people from France, A. P., E. Garçon, and S. Nicot, sued their government because it required surgical sterilization before their gender identity could be legally recognized. By taking away their ability to have children, the law signaled that trans people were unfit to be parents and incapable of making decisions about their own bodies.

Unfortunately, France was not the only country with this kind of policy in place. But because of the court’s ruling, all twenty-two countries in Europe with similar requirements will be forced to repeal them immediately.

Today, Grindr 4 Equality and the entire Grindr team are celebrating these changes to European law. We congratulate the plaintiffs as well as all the activists’ whose decades of hard work have made this day possible. We stand with you, always.

Old world, new attitude

I'm at a stage where I'm finally learning to be more appreciative of what I'm given, regardless of its nature. There's absolutely nothing new about the dynamics in life: good and bad things happen all the time and the world keeps spinning, no matter what. What defines one's quality of life is how the ocurrences are dealt with. And I, probably for the first time in years, chose happiness above all. Or at least the attempt to be happy.

After pretty much screwing up my own hair (again) with the hair clippers, it’s growing out again. It’s been 13 months on T and my hair keeps getting thicker but oddly enough it’s simultaneously losing volume?! It’s way more oily and the tips are really dry. As for the acnes, I simply have no control over them anymore.
