Chest workout for pre-FTMs
Just started my second night of pressing four dumbells. Two sets of 15 lbs with 12 reps, then 5 sets of 10-13 reps with 25lbs. Anybody have any tips or anything? I also have a pull-up bar I've been trying to use but I can't do a darn single pull-up. 5'4", and I weigh 180.
Almost 17 months on T and the changes keep coming. Acne getting worse, my hair thicker, voice deeper... and I'm visibility more muscular than I've ever been in my entire life.
