The Golden Circle

Simon Sinek talks about 'The Golden Circle'. 

The video was a massive eye open to how huge companies like Apple sell their products and how the consumer values the companies belief in what they create.

When in Japan UNIQLO was my absolute favourite store. The stuff was so cheap but amazing quality. This store here in the Ginza store which is the biggest in the world. A whole 12 levels! It never ended :)

QUALITIES OF A LEADER- 

Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others. Somebody whom people follow: somebody who guides or directs others.

Innovation is the application of new solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulate needs, or existing market needs.A definition of the term, in line with these aspects, would be the following: "An innovation is something original, new, and important - in whatever field - that breaks in to (or obtains a foothold in) a market or society.
