I almost forgot to share my creation with ya'll. I didn't want to post it before gifting it so that the birthday girl would be surprised. I made this cake a couple of weeks ago for a sweet Co-worker. I borrowed a spring form pan many moons ago from a special lady and have yet to return it, love you ma! ๐ Well here is my creation. My writing skills aren't the bets. #birthday #love

Why is eating healthy so difficult to do 7 days a week? ๐ค What if eating healthy food were the only way we could consume food? Would we then have a starvation epidemic? My weakness with food lies in desserts. Oddly enough I always thought fried food would be difficult to give up, but it wasn't. So what can I do this year that will make a difference in my overall health and wellness journey, for this year? Definitely less dessert indulging! More fruits to snack on throughout the day, everyday! Cutting off starving all day then stuffing myself at night, this one is a big one! Adding 30 extra min of cardio to all of my yoga workouts. I will need to start with cardio and end with yoga because it makes sense in order to get it done! Alright so these are some pretty serious goals for this year. On a side note, I wholeheartedly believe in the body wrap and how I change people's lives through health and wellness. But never assume or believe that the body wrap will build muscle for you.
