Ya know, I really like Oliver. He’s just so aaaaah-

He’s got all the vibes and the “Not me. I’m different” response to the parents don’t want their children to be hurt. And him being completely chill with being stabbed. And him still caring about his turtle. And taking in Theo and not holding a grudge against Talia. And thinking that she’s the best mother he’s ever met. (Which was probably really great for her to hear after everything that had happened that night). He’s just a bad bitch but in a really chill way

I don’t think he’s a villain and he’s really cool, and like yeah, he did make a zombie and kinda murder someone but he had *reasons* and is a vampire. And he seems like the only one invested in Juliette’s well being. He’s completely willing to have her just stay at his place, and gives the the option to be human, and supports her.

But he doesn’t baby her or try to pull the “I know best” bullshit. He’s just sitting here like, *gotta do revenge. oh wait? juliette is sad? here is a hug. and you can stay at my house. and look! this is my girlfriend!!* And I want him to do *revenge things* but not in the way of “I did this revenge thing and screwed everyone over and was right all along and used people”, but in the “my parents suck and so does my sister, so my witchy girlfriend and i are going to get revenge in a good villain way. and i’ll do what’s best for me but also won’t betray or hurt juliette or theo”

I just wanna see him and his girlfriend and Juliette all hang out for a bit. Like she’s staying at their place and Juliette gets to process her emotions and get advice and Oliver gets to be a big bro. Or he helps her after everything with Cal and they maybe eat ice cream and be sad

Also he gave Juliette a choice. And she didn’t have to demand it from him or try to convince him. He was willing to let her choose about being human. And choose if she wanted to do *revenge things*. And then when she wanted to do *revenge things* to her sister, he helped. But she stole the key. And probably before she went to Oliver’s. She got to choose. And he was there to support her. When the monster hunters came, he stood in front of her to protect her. He also cut Cal loose because Juliette cared about her and he understood that. And when Juliette said the whole “I’m not helping you with revenge but you’re my big brother and I need help”? He was there for her

I want to see Oliver being Oliver. And I want to know more about what happened with him murdering people because of his sister. And maybe see him help Theo out in a *good way* that lets him do his own thing while also being safe and accepting that he’s a vampire. And I want to see him be happy and gets his *revenge*

okay but also i love every plot line in first kill. i love juliette and calliope being useless lesbians making out in inappropriate places. i love watching Elinor being evil and unhinged and trying to be supportive in her fucked up backwards way. i love seeing Theo and Apollo being absolut dumbasses. i love Oliver and his witch girlfriend doing shady things with style. i love the milfs constantly meeting up although claiming they can't stand each other. i love Ben and Juliette spooning. it's all just so entertaining and it's been forever since I watched a show that gave me that much comfort
