Siria attempted a smile. After all, wasn’t that her SOLUTION for everything? A chuckle & everything was back at its place, like nothing happened. Except that it wasn’t like that at all. Truth was: she was just postponing the moment of HURT, a weak try to simply not face all the troubles & pain she had been through.

But did she really want Luna to do the same? Did she want her to hide her feelings, just so that they will only hurt MORE later? Sighing, the smile died on Siria’s lips.

Siria had NEVER cried. Not in public, & definitely not in front of people that weren’t Jamie or Remus or Petra. If she did cry, it was in her most private moments – & she could have counted them on the fingertips of one hand.

But that time was different. Blame it on the stress she was forced to perceive, due to the responsibilities ❪ something she had never had to deal with before ❫; blame it on the deaths of people she knew, of people she cared… Siria crumpled, bursting into tears she tried to cover by looking down. However, she couldn’t control the sobs that were shaking her.

Xenophilius, he was RIGHT: no one was the same after the war. She surely wasn’t.
