it will never change (sinlow)
Bo, at the very least, was highly proud of the cookie cups she'd successfully baked. She'd made so many and, after showing off her supreme artistry on the social media known as Twitter, she'd managed to convince her old (boy)friend(?) Cody to come over and enjoy them with her - as well as give her smile coaching. It was a boring task, especially considering the girl already knew how to smile, but she'd use any excuse to hang out with the blonde. They hadn't had one-on-one time in years and sometimes his company was a good anchor for her. Ingrid, Piper, and Violet were great for that, considering they'd known each other and were the best of friends.. but when she was with him, a lot of the time, she got stressed out. Work work work. She had to be the mother, had to be mature. But she was still a teenager. She still wanted to do stupid shit and have fun. She was too busy working and trying to put pressure on her friends (damn that letter!) to enjoy herself - and she was starting to crack.
She answered the door with a slight smirk, her brows furrowing in the cold way that they did. "Hey, Cody." she said as she let him in. "They just finished cooling, so we can actually eat them now."
