hey really sorry to be a bother but im interested in blender so i just downloaded it, do you have any tips on learning how to use it? like, are there any particular tutorial videos or anything? thank you!
yee! here’s a few off the top of my head i remember using:
https://cgi.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-rig-a-2d-character-in-blender-for-cut-out-animation-or-explainer-videos-part-1–cms-26159 (this one is helpful for learning abt vertex groups, armatures, rigging etc)
heres a shameless plug tutorial i made, its basically the same one as above
low poly human model tutorial (video)
https://youtu.be/xT2mtoDnSzM (interface tutorial, also watch this one for a basic modelling tutorial)
some random things that might b helpful:
-hold shift + scroll wheel and drag to move your view point
-you can reverse right/left click functions in the preferences menu if u find it annoying (and also u can change the theme)
-pressing A in the 3d view window will select/deselect all objects
-you can toggle the lil arrow things to move stuff around by pressing CTRL+space
-to reset the 3d cursor press shift+c
-the camera will spawn facing your view from the 3d cursors location
view controls (numpad)
i dont think i covered enough so if u have any specific problems while making stuff feel free 2 message me again!
