When I started making these Oc's i wanted this to be the Rule to follow. Everyone but Katty ( who was made back in 2018.) would be dead by the events of Modern day Hazbin. But as i developed them, Arnold has managed to slip through the cracks and broke the rule. Katty does not know he is alive.
