Third time drawing this. Got rid of the jacket, too. Did the first one (bottom right) in May 2019, the second (bottom left) in August 2019, and the top one, well, right now. It was the first time I had ever drawn my ‘human’ KITT (aside from the sketches I did to find a design), so it has a special place in my heart. My man KITT has gone through many stages of glowing up throughout the years and I’m pretty happy with where we’re at right now (his hair doesn’t look like a meat cleaver anymore so I can jive with that). Pretty sure I will be redrawing this picture at least once more after a few months.

You reckon he’s better now than ever?

Since it isn't on anywhere in my country, I just ended up buying the DVDs, you can get each season separately for quite cheap. Plus then you have them forever and you also get the special features.

#the season one boxset comes with the KR2000 movie #although that's more of a con than a pro

Maybe I just bought Forza Horizon 5 as soon as I found out about the KITT DLC. Maybe I didn't. I did.

#finally some good KITT video game rep #the actual KR games are terrible but they hold a fond spot in my heart #then there's the KITT-inspired car in Burnout Paradise #which was great but it was not KITT shaped #but now. Finally. For the low low price of too much money. Drive KITT in HD #my Steam Deck does not like me running FH5

I did these slight redesigns of my human Kitt from a couple years ago and I really like how he turned out! I didn’t want him to look too high tech since I feel like Knight Industries would want him to blend in more, like how Kitt looks like a regular (but fancy) car. In my headcanon Kitt is still in the car, but can kind of swap between them. So he can walk and talk as a human/android but can also drive the car remotely if that makes sense. Like Kitt got tired of not being able to follow Michael into buildings or investigate things himself, so they made him a human body so he could :)
