Found on the ground at the Ohio State Fair last summer. The owner probably threw it away because it was just the top of her head? But I think that's still a funny memory.

Found late at night outside Wal Mart, folded up and perfectly dry. The list reads as follows: - lunch meat - Dino oatmeal - peanut butter - bananas - kiwi - steam veggies - pita chips + hummus - body wash - bottled water - juice/drinks/V8 - granola bars - soup - frozen meals - "good" bars? - small loaf of bread - lettuce - cheese? - hair ties Did someone with small children write this? I've heard you can tell a lot about someone from their groceries. It looks like a man's handwriting to me.
Found in the hallway at my high school. It’s held together with tape and the angles are very sharp, so I don’t think this is all one folded paper. Does that mean it doesn’t count as origami? It was too big to put in my book, so I taped it to my bedroom door.
Found in the hallway in middle school. This is another thing from my book. 2 Timothy 1:7 reads like this...
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
My mom found this at a restaurant. They were going to get rid of it because it didn't match their newer cups. After cleaning it, she gave it to me because I collect mugs. The glasses are there for a size comparison, because the mug is sort of small. I love used mugs. I always wonder what kind of people drank from it before I did.
A group of photos from my book, found together at my middle school. They might have been taken for a photography class, but I don't think they offered one there. The one on the right is the sidebar image on this blog.
Found individually over a few weeks, both on the same desk of my college folklore class. I slipped them each into a pill bottle and brought them home. They're very small, and made with gum wrappers.
Found at the bottom of a slide in a children's park in England. It's the friendly Heffalump from Winnie the Pooh. He's in very good condition. Did someone really forget him there?
Found on a pebble beach in Germany several years ago. Sometimes I feel guilty about taking it with me. Maybe if I hadn't, Alison would have seen it someday. But then, what's with the serial number on the back? Did Mark really make this for Alison, or is it a manufactured confession?
