When I first heard about Lena Phoria, I stumbled on her first fic "Summer of the Dragon" when I was skimming through the Dramione pages of fanfiction.net. I decided to read it, because the summary intrigued me and I'm glad that I did. Lena Phoria's works have been something I look forward to when I have updates from her.

005. Redemption

Why I recommend this fic?: One of my most favorite oblivation fanfic I've ever read. The plot and everything kept me stuck to the fic since chapter one.

Why I recommend this fic?: I'm not recommending this fic, because it's super popular in the Dramione community, but because it just feels extremely canon. Bex captures the characters perfectly, even the secondary characters. A lot of shippers, if not all, have read this fic and I knew exactly why it was so popular when I read it back in December 2012

Why I recommend this fic?: Oh god, I don't know where to begin about this fic. Okay, I'll start by it kills me with the amount of emotion and canon feelings it gives me. All the characters and the way it progresses throughout their sixth to their seventh year just makes me go insane. I can't wait until the next chapter comes up. I'm already edging on my seat to read more about it.

Why I recommend this fic?: So far this fic has gotten me hooked and has already broken my heart with the chapter I recently read. I'm currently waiting on the next chapter, impatiently lol. If you like when Draco has certain talents, in which this case he can paint, you should definitely read this.

Summary: After years of captivity, Hermione Granger fights her way onto the streets of Voldemort's London with only the knife in her pocket and the blood on her hands. There's a checkpoint on every corner, a curfew enforced by Voldemort's most trusted followers, and the only way back to the Boy Who Lived is through the Death Eater who let her be captured in the first place. DM/HG. COMPLETE

Why I recommend this fic?: I recommend this fic, because it is just absolutely mindblowing and interesting. The dark themes, the development of Draco and Hermione's relationship, the fitting of the original characters, and just everything is spot on. Lena Phoria proved even more why she's one of my favorite fanfic authors with this fanfic.

UPDATE: Cruel and Beautiful World has been removed from Lena Phoria’s fanfiction due to an original story that she has written called “Broken Wings”.
