Boothil's appearance is a combination of high-tech modifications and the typical stereotypes of cowboys found in traditional works - strong and brash, unruly, indifferent to the rules of the society, but very righteous, as long as his bottom line is not crossed. At the same time, Boothil doesn't mind the fact that his high-profile behavior attracts enemies, and he is convinced that his opportunity lies in it.
Boothil is a bit of a sophisticate due to his experience. On the plus side, he can get close to anyone quickly and act as a lubricant for the team, but on the minus side, he seems a bit unpredictable and can easily give strangers the impression that he is selfish and has a bad personality. When he first meets the protagonist's group, he will cause all sorts of problems for them, but as long as he gets along well with them, he will become a reliable support for the protagonist group by virtue of his excellent ability.

At the end of the events in Penacony, as the train crew is about to head to its next stop, Boothil will hijack the train that is about to make a leap and compelling the crew into returning to Penacony.
The train crew would agree to pose as hostages of Boothil, collaborating with him to wreak havoc during the ceremony, thereby engaging in a trade with Aventurine.
