Another knockoff Jewelpet wand. Interestingly, this one features both Korean and Chinese text.

PROBLEMS: - Wands are the wrong shade of pink, or are blue - Added crown on the top of wand - Bow appears not to be removable - Comes with unrelated items - Middle of heart should be white/clear, not coloured - Swirl design on bottom of the handle is wrong - No gold detailing - Added heart designs on handle - Packaging shows unknown character - No mention of Jewelpet on packaging.
