Y'know, I looked and couldn’t find any (completed) Pearl-Remade-for-GBA ROMs. I’m actually almost tempted to buy this one, just to see what I’s get… almost.

I own several bootleg carts and in my experience, almost (but not all) Pokemon bootleg GBA carts are stolen rom hacks. Bootleggers don’t care if they’re finished or not, they’ll slap ‘em on a cart. Every one in a while you find a rom hack one that isn’t a stolen fan project (usually if you’re buying Chinese language ones though) or you’ll find an “original game, stolen Pokemon IP”, or other oddities (such as Pokemon Jade is a weird pokemon hack bad translation of Telefang, an unrelated moncolle series) but most are stolen fan rom hacks.
