hello 2022

It has been a while. We didn't even post for 2021. Last year was a very hard year. We lost a few of our loved ones. Me and Ewok, we still haven't gone home yet. Sigh.

But it's not all bad. Some positives too, Mew finally is employed woots, can go find waifu now. Bogok also employed yay. Boppy finally quit his toxic job and became a full-time chef/barista at B10. Finally bye for Germaldine from me, I became a professional butt wiper mmm tasty kiddo butts jk pls dont report me im not peedo. Yay but tiring indeed. Ewok is now a law kid wow yes we can all live in her basement sasuga highflyer. Catman well playing his games after slaving away his weekdays.

Aren't we all fanboys/girls. Forever geeks. Ewok is really into tbz these days and so am I. Last year we were really into svt, even bought their albums and screamed when we got the hiphop unit poster (I almost threw it away, thinking it's the wrapping paper wek). Degen yes I feel like I regressed a decade back, reading those y/n fics. Hyunjae pls marry me. Kinda have to bury myself with all these boys because well gotta move on somehow I guess.

Guess it’s becoming more of a yearly affair. What to update, hn. It’s been a year. 

OK. We adulting, graduating(ed) now. No longer students yes but I’m gonna milk my student privileges for as long as I can TYVM. Real update: spring has come for both Spikot and Bogok? Spikot’s no longer salad-green jones woOH!!!?!?! Actually issa lie my jones vibe is still stronk af but ahaha. Jalan berliku dingin berbatu indeed. Bogok ya too hahaha yasud la ya just enjoy it, just bucin it out. Simp nation unite. But issok is good to unsimp too (looking at you Ewok, Boppy). 

Moving to the real important things. Things happened, naturally. But also those unexpected. Scary, yes, of course. I hope it will be OK, we all hope it will be OK. 

I miss home. This is the longest I’ve been – over a year or so. Miss, miss you guys. xx

oh it’s been a while

More than a year already. Oops.

Thought last summer was already wild. Ya, no – obviously didn’t see this year’s summer coming. TBH not that wild but pretty wild for our standards #shelteredlyfe 

Alas, do not worry, I am still lame. Forever lame at heart and outside. 

Of course still jones. Jones but, uh, with certain fixations. Fk we all need to move on (looking at you Bogok, Catman). I swear we’re so unlucky because of our parents. Bearing the brunt of their karma because they were too busy trampling on those poor guys’ hearts. When a guy gives you a pair of concert tickets, naturally you give the other one to one of your sisters. A movie date? Who says you can’t come with your sister. Who cares about the guy? Hurhur. Sorry bois but please don’t curse us too much. We really don’t have game leh.

Always getting distracted with the wrong things. Got so distracted that I even forgot how fun it was to read. oman I really need to move on. 

My Singlish damn power now. But I still get asked “so...at what age did you come to SG?” Huft. Assimilated, my ass. 

K-pop wave yus. We all love our pretty bois. Ewok is too busy now with her chem lab. Boppy, ya as usual, with his pretentious film shiz. Mew lost some kg. He said he can’t come here or else his chicken-breast diet will get disturbed. Catman is busy giving advice. I’m applying for jobs. Adulting uwu. The adult version of me is probably still disgust as always – still be that yaoi-reading fujo, but maybe with a cupboard filled with clorox and gin instead. jaeks

All graduating soon. Yet people still think I’m a high schooler. I hope Socky doesn’t mess up too bad. Says me the worst procrastinator ever. Vomit blood liao

Yes it is September again

Can’t believe it’s been a year.

It’s been a wild ride, especially summer. Adulting fun (well apart from the dealing with consequences bit). OK, shall not delve in further since I think it is only relevant to me. And I suppose Socky. Disney stars, lel. Bogok was like: “You might as well not come back until next year,”. Aha, means da Ibu haz the lecturizing. Brb hiding in a hole. Huehue. I suck. Sorry everyone. 

Let me retract what I said on having a kare – I don’t want to just date about anyone. Jones still but not like jones-af-salad-green. 

Picked up nail polish. And eyeliner and mascara and lippies. Lazy girl hack: use lipstick as blusher ezpz. Bogok picked it up before but wah it’s so fun. Though I suck at it and take like hours smlj. So much effort and doesn't even last that long. Fun to pass the time I guess, like to accomplish something without actually doing much. 

Banana Fish just came out! Was excited. But the manga, for me, is still da best. Can’t beat the monochromic inky charm. Though hearing their voices was nice. Heheh, as kakkoii as imagined xx (obviously a fujoshi’s manga; Mew was like yeah no.)

Ewok was hooked on the Good Wife. Next Ibu lel. And Conan. Ay, teamcoco bb xoxo Totally her humor. Like a more inappropriate version of her humor.

We (bopz, spikz, bogz) juniors now, gah. Twenties klub, das right. Feel so old. K not that old but more like “ah-I’m-not-new-young-fresh-anymore” or “how-am-I-gonna-justify-my-immaturity” kind-of-old. School just started but work has already piled up. So screwed, help me. And I’m still reading schtuffs. Ai.

Wish I can be in JKT with you gaiz. Miss them very much. Sobbeus I osowan to visit dem cafes.

Moving on.

Mew haz graduated. Much relief. (well, not quite, unemployment loooooms)

Oh, 2018. 3 more months to go and it’s 2019. God. Everyone’s getting older and time is passing faster than ever. God. It’s been the summer of “realizing things”, to say the least. But realizing is not enough (though I’m always grateful, God, for making me realize and appreciate it all). I need to stop getting distracted by the wrong things. Steadfast, stead fast, stand firm.

Wa, September already siaa

Hiyaaaaa—it's been a long time since I have wrote, indeed.

I pulled out of dorms. I got mad homesick. Ha! No more 4am activities. Oh well, living the halal lifestyle (cough cough, seemingly). 

Summer was fun. All over Northwest. Huckleberry funz, small-hands-not-slow-hands fun. Purple bears exist, yes. Finally reunited after almost a year apart. You da OG x

Lebz okay, empty without Bogok. Miss you babz, you’re the best in long (boring) gatherings.

Second year for us, first years for Socky and Ewok. Fun. Catman finally not jobless again yay. Promoted from poster ripper to call answerer (still with the 2 am slot). Mew's future brightening, courtesy of Red Sweets.

Second year, wow. Only a month but there were things. Rugby was a short-lived fun, thanks to disapprovals. Chugs. Marx reeling in his grave.

Ewok’s a fine freshman. Danra, Zahrlan, Luhra. Personally I’m all for Zahrlan. Bops you need to get over her; find another with an ikemen older brother or bestie, tenks. And your jakkuns-only insta? #are we even fam

Spicy dinner on the last night, all good. Fake champagne fun. Civ V no longer installed. I am devastated. Been reading dijs and Rich Crazy Asian. Fun tea, such grandeur.

B&C is okay. I think we have expanded our (primary, more like) operation to a day club. Daylight to stay woke.

I am worried somewhat. Things moving too fast but obviously slow in some departments 🙂

But, well. That is life.

P.S. I wonder whose birthday is coming up in 3 days 🌚

update!

Hey y’allz! Ewok here. The blog has been dead for a while, admittedly, except for Spikot’s posts about Alain Delon here and there, so I decided to revamp it up. I changed the theme to make it more easy to navigate because I’m cool like that. Boppy is in Singapore right now, his school starts only a month later. So lucky. I hate school. It’s so boring and tedious and ugh. A few of my friends have left which makes it worse. Plus I got a haircut I really hate so that doesn’t help either.

I’ve been asking to be absent but mom and dad are not letting me especially dad, he’s especially adamant about that. I’m not even studying calculus yet. Let me live plzzzzzzzzz

Anyway life not so bad right now. Got a new laptop and new speakers! THE JBL Charge 3. Boppy played Macintosh Plus on it and I felt like I was weaving in and out of consciousness with the intense vaporwaving and whatnot. I started seeing pictures and strange wavy psychedelic images after listening to that song with speakers. 

Boppy just got the Samsung S7 and can’t believe it. He literally won’t be quiet about it. Right now he is talking about it. Bla bla glass cover not metal. Ok, Boppy. Ok.

2016 wasn’t too bad. 

Alain Delon is trop handsome. It’s a crime to be that good-looking, darn it.

Vacay is vacay. OH WELL. Hellooo trashy bodice rippers.

Kinda lonely here without Bogok. Miss you lots ugelz. Jorpi so big now. Sadako isn’t that scary. Just creepy-like, and kinda gross. Moroccan food is pretty good. I think I gained lots, ah, from my somewhat skinnier (still not skinny though) state due to cai png-ing errday. CIV 5 IS BAE. 

Karambal is fun. Feel like I’m missing lots of schtuffs but whatever. Ewok is my number one. Jakarta is so hot these days. Sweltering heat.

So, 2017, how will you treat us this year? Good, I hope, all G.

The long over-due update

Hiya! Hope y’all you guys are doing well, yes, yes.

The club was open this summer, but of course, we’re too busy soaking up the summer spirit a.k.a. too lazy to do so. Summer was fun, after all those arduous exams. Lazy, lazy waiting. And of course anxiety, mainly to us three musketeers all those anticipations. Well. It has turned out quite well for us three, ayyyyy not too shabby, not at all.

So, back to the present. 

We’re OK. Catman, OH CATMAN IS FAMOUS NOW. Paparazzi-level famous Catman is now working on weekends and weird hours. Mew, well, hoping that he’s done mewing with numbers by next year, working the next and married some time after. Ha. Boppy having fun with Shakespeare. Me, my exams are next week i.e. I should be studying right now but OHOHOHO I’m just taking a break, you know. Time sure passes fast. Bogok doing nothing much, since she will only be off in winter. You will be severely missed to bits, Bogok <3 Ewok still obsessed with Skyrim and calligraphy. Socky, probs st[r]ayin’ low under the radar. Jorpi is growing up quite fast, likely to join us in some three more years. 

It’s so rainy these days, never-ending cloudy days in sight. Wkzy.

2015 was a good year, I think. Going to the US could be replaced as The Discovery of In-N-Out. About to change the theme, long overdue. 

Currently in Jakarta! Because of busy timings we never get to fully meet as borpy n cartmern. okay then. maybe that is the fate of our short lived so-called nightclub.

2016′s first update (long overdue, yes)

Hiya, Spikot here. Because the others cannot be bothered. Things have passed, I don’t quite like Richter anymore due to a certain asswipe I know with that surname. I still hope he gets frikkin’ diarrhea along with other people I abhor very much, like stupid jerky woman.

Now, now. I just watched “The Revenant”, with mew and Bogok. Meh, it did not really appeal to me—to the point where I napped for 10 minutes in the middle of the movie. OK, charming graphics and acting but the story is just... blah. Anyway. It is rather sad that most comics in Gramed are wrapped. The newest Miiko is out but gosh it is quite pricey. So I think I’ll wait.

What other updates, hmm. Bogok’s birthday has passed, also our incoming member (in approximately 2-3 years) Jorpi. Winter trip was nice. I wish we bought those hair curlers and ate Texan steaks and Mexican food. And velvet avocado smoothie. Oh well. 

School is fine somewhat. I am getting more and more detached, and my faith wandering around (as always). University, ah, yeah. All of us have our dilemmas, mmmm. All the best to us. Can’t wait for the lunch BBQ tomorrow. 

Should be reading literature or some helpful textbooks, but no, here I am, reading trashy cheesy plotless romances. Whatever, WHATEVERRRR #jones #jomblox4lyfe

Yayayaya Spikot here

Well, it has been a long time, almost two months. Mew’s birthday has passed. Also mine. I don’t feel any changes really, I think birthdays are not that important, hmm. Except for gifts (that I did not receive much) and wishes (initiated by notifications). But I received many things, not necessarily so on my birthday, all peppered throughout the year. Blessed, we are. 

School is busier, yes, final year. Deadlines looming one after another, hee, cramped as sardines. It’s okay though. “Okay” is a great catchall phrase. Even though it was supposed to indicate that everything is all “right”, in a sense that everything is working well, and “fine”. Nowadays, “okay”, “all right”, and “fine” are used in a typically blasé fashion i.e. “not bad”. Funny.

College. Also soon. Don’t know where I’m going still. Oh well, I’m just gonna apply. “What major?” I don’t know. I have many in mind. Is it that weird to apply to different schools with different majors? It’s still in the same or similar faculties! 

I’ve been listening to Richter a lot lately (cute when young). Not that I can detect the exuberance he exhibited compared to others’ playing (only if the phrasing was really different). Feel rather haughty, while reading mahjong manga. Nice juxtaposition, eh? Vinland Saga is pretty cool. And so is Heartbreak Tango. Trudeau is cute, but I agree—too young. Nice eye-candy though *cough*

Bogok : First Week at My Fav School

Hey gays it’s Bogok and I’m not loving my life right now. Thank god it’s Friday and I have this weekend to recharge myself after this dreadful days. I hate.. Not really hating thoo, I just dont feel like doing it? I dislike the fact that every Monday and Thursday the last period is on 4.45pm!!!!!! Freakin almost 5pm and I was so exhausted goshhhhhhhh. Aside from the that there is so many pressure in grade 12 that I dont think I cant cope with it lolwlz. In addition I have my first ever zero scores in English just because my teacher is trying to be “strict” and stuff. EW. At least half of my class also got zero wkz. Surprisingly I dont hate the studying part!!!!! WOW!! Except learning math... That will never change I guess lol.

I was so relieved that I got “excellent” teachers wkzzzzz, my geography teachers is so funnay!! 2 periods with him feels like 5 minutes!! His jokes were dad jokes tho but its still funny lel. SOCIOLOGY<3 I got the “best” teacher and loving the material we are currently studying about mass media. I miss my old crazy sociology teacher too, so strange I never see him at school anymore. The one thing I hate is that other classes got the teacher that I truly want him to teach in my class wkz. Irish english teacher, hes “handsome” and funny. I would kill anything to exchange my english teacher with him. ANYWAY im too mager to type anything else so that is all from me! I’m so sorry for the grammar nazi out there that is reading my post and cringing a lot because this damn ugly grammar of mine. Cya later gays.

Bogok in the Haus yo

Hey gays bogok’s here Its my first time posting here lel gonna be active more I guess, don't want Ewok or Spikot dominating this tumblr. Anyways this holiday been so boring until Spikot and Ewok came here, but I discovered this uhmazin channels, 4 lads sort of cooking foods.. SORTED FOOD YAOWL!!! I came to realized that I like cooking and I do want to try to cook them because I swear it was simple as they are trying to made it as easy as possible. But lets face it Im so mager that I only dream to cook when in reality I was laying and watching them cook.Sad lyfe I know.

With this spirit of cooking Im still searching for the perfect food to make and well I found it! Last week when was eating lunch I stumble upon this menu “Banoffee Pie”. I have heard from sorted food vid so I order it, and dayuum its the best thing ever, man the digestive biscuits on the bottom with caramel, banana and whipped cream. I swear it was the best thing ever and surprisingly it was not that sweet so me likey. And bonus this recipe is so easy, it does not need to be bake, it only need to put on refrigerator yeabuddy! So, lets all just wait for another post that says that I made this pie!
