Shanks and Shamrock wouldn’t know their actual birthday. Shamrock would think he does. Shanks may have picked a date or Roger picked one for him. Shanks could find out from Magnolia in a Rainmaker au where they talk.
Odds are decent that Shanks and Shamrock might have both gotten their birthday assigned as "the day I first got you off God Valley" from two different very parties. Hah.
The other option, for Shamrock in particular, is that Garling may have picked a birthday that was...astrologically lucky or sound. Because that happens sometimes, in royal/noble families.
It does not occur to a little Shanks that he was born on a different day than his birthday until Rayleigh actually asks Magnolia about it. And then he's like "I can have TWO birthdays?!"
(He'll share one with Buggy if he wants. It's only fair.)
Any later meeting with Magnolia, where there's Shanks alone, it's not going to come up. Shanks isn't the type to think of those things off of hand, without another mention.
