While my son is sleeping and we still wait for his culture test results, I decided to join in the transformation Tuesday fun. From 2008 till today I see a huge difference in my weight loss journey, though in the today pic I look exhausted and we know why, I have slimmed down a lot. The pants I'm wearing today is a size 16 size and it fits me big, I have to now wear a size 14. Melissa is on her way to the hospital. Please pray for this poor girl that was left to die alone, scared and in the hot sun. Although we do not know why she is in such poor condition, we will now get her the compassionate care and she will never be alone again. Today's meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner from bottom to top. BLT for breakfast, shredded chicken salad and beef enchilada for dinner. All made from scratch; and served on a small salad plate, it's wonderful to know I can only eat a small portion of a small portion meal and be satisfied.
