Men are visuals – we like to see what we’re getting into. So none of these cute clothes. You wanna feel sexy so you gonna have to lose some of those.”

“Wait, wait, wait! I’m not trying to change my whole wardrobe here--that’s money I definitely don’t have--just, uh, spicing it up a little. No getting rid of my cute outfits, okay?” Some of her outfits were too cute to get rid of and though she did want to be a bit more sexy, she wasn’t planning on changing her whole aesthetics.

“So . . . where should we start shopping? I don’t get paid until later this week but I should be able to afford an outfit or two today.”

“That was more than ten words.” He stated, slowly making his way towards the both of them while giving the guy a quick glance over. He immediately categorized him as a weak chap that was more bark than bite. Easily dealt with. “Ten words or less is what I said, right?” The young brunette asked aloud even though it was a rhetorical question. “The lady spoke first, so . . . I guess it’s off with your head, big guy.” He finished, grinning.

With a quick flick of his wrist, he snapped open his specially designed pocket knife and aimed straight for the man’s jugular with the ease and familiarity of someone trained for killing. Metal and flesh met, causing warm blood to trickle out. He did not severe the head as he threatened earlier, instead opting for slitting the throat. It took less effort.

“There you go, doll, problem solved.” Lucian turned to face the blonde female, flashing her a boyish grin, seemingly oblivious to the fact that his hand was splattered with blood. “Now, be a dear, and skedaddle out of here. I got shit to do in this place and I’d appreciate it if there were no . . . pretty distractions.”

Grabbing a hold of the towel, Arya flashed Jillian a sweet smile. “As you wish.” She responded and then, as requested, she exited the bathroom and returned to her own room.
