Summary:
There are rules, and he knows when you break them whether you realize it or not. Sir Crocodile hears and sees all, as you would learn, but is punishment really all that bad?
Notes:
Listen....I don't ever write x reader (or much at all lmfao) but One Piece is annoyingly lacking couples I like to ship. Just a little drabble I had tucked away that I fugured I may as well post. First, second, third person? Don't know 'em don't care, I tried for ten minutes to make it at least all the same, but you get what you get because I'm tired of sitting on this pretending I'm going to edit it properly lol. Will there be more of this? Who knows! K byyye love u :*
Work Text:
"Ah shit!" It came out as a quiet hiss as she pressed against the vanity counter, mascara wand having just become acquainted with her eye, which resulted in the makeup that had made it onto her lashes smearing. She gave a quick pout at Sir Crocodile in the mirror as he approached, sad that she would have to fix her makeup slip so near the end of her routine. They were on their way to a gala, some kind of fundraising event if she recalled, not that it mattered much to her personally. She was only going along to hang off of Crocodiles arm and 'look pretty' as he had put it. Wand quickly put back in the tube and tossed into the makeup bag on the counter, she went to turn around, only for the cool metal of his hook to press against her nape, forcing her to follow his path and end up bent over, face pressed on the vanity.
"What..." Her eyes made contact with his in the mirror as he began to speak "did I say about swearing. Watch your fucking language." A smack resounded across the room as his hand came down swift on her ass, the former warlords aim as true as ever.
A stream of smoke came steady at her face as his hand rubbed the cheek that he had just assaulted. Before the heady smoke had all cleared, he leaned down and kissed behind her ear, so soft that it sent shivers up her spine. His hook pressed more and more into her neck, contrasting what his mouth was busy doing and sending her thoughts into a spiral. Her eyes flickered closed as the two conflicting feelings took over, but they flashed open along with glossed lips as his fingers firmly grasped a handful of her back side. Eyes wide not quite with fear, but not fully lust locked with his once more, his face holding an air of expectance.
"Do you have something to say to me, princess?" His voice held note of a smile and while she couldn't see it forming on his face, she knew he enjoyed every moment of her failure to follow the rules he had set for her. It was half of the reason why he had set them. To be honest, she didn't think he had been close enough to hear her at all when it slipped out, assuming him to be in another room completely. Even when she had seen him walking to her in the mirror, she didn't think she had sworn loud enough that he could have heard. Apparently, she had been wrong, much to his delight.
His fingers slowly trailed up her spine and then back down to the small of her back, circling around the swell of her hip as it found purchase in the soft material of the evening gown she wore. While his hook had softened it's hold, she still kept herself down on the table as if it were still forceful, knowing better than to think the lack of pressure meant she could move, although she did try to slide her face off of the compact that pressed into her cheek, hoping to save her makeup from further disrepair. The less time she had to spend fixing her face the better, and though there was no avoiding it at this point, she didn't want to have to start over this close to leaving. She didn't know exactly what the dinner entailed other than the dress code, but she knew him, and she knew what was expected of her image when by his side.
"I'm so-" a yelp escaped, interrupting the apology as his hand expertly pulled her dress up to allow itself into the scrap of fabric he called underwear.
"What was that dear? I couldn't hear your, you'll have to say that again." Her focus had already started to wane as two fingers immediately found their way inside, having no problem pumping in and out thanks to the initial swat he had doled out.
"I...I'm sorry Sir Crocodile! I didn't mean to swear, I-I promise!" A third finger began to stretch her out with the others as she choked out the apology. A whine escaped as he put some more force into his movements, hitting deeper inside with his fingers than before without sacrificing the speed he moved them at.
His hook continued to hold pressure against her neck and she tried to grind her thighs together, desperate enough for any sensation on her clit that she deliberately risked that he would swat her ass again for not keeping still.
"You see, I seem to have a problem believing your apology, I'm sure you can figure out why." His fingers were quickly removed, and although his palm rested against her heat, it denied her the pleasure that had just existed. She attempted to press against him harder, trying desperately to shift his fingers once more to where she wanted them, buried deep inside.
"Come now, at least pretend that you can behave please. You're acting like you're in heat, trying to rub your cunt on me like that." The smell of his rich cologne mixed with his cigar, the somehow still cool feeling of the large hook on the back of her neck, she was a lost cause. There was no coming back from the edge she had already raced to, and she didn't care if she looked pathetic trying to reach release. But as soon as the thought of release even breached her thoughts, his hand was completely out of her undergarments. Her dress slid back down and the warmth that had just occupied the space between her legs was gone, replaced with only an ache.
Still unmoving, she watched as he licked his fingers clean in the mirror, a blush overtaking her face where before it had just dusted the apples of her cheeks. His hook was next to pull away, leaving her bent over now only of her own accord, still watching his reflection as he cleaned himself and readjusted his sleeves. She slowly pushed herself off of the vanity, smoothing the silken length of the dress over her hips as it shifted, eventually looking like the reprimand had never happened.
Now dry like it hadn't just been edging her to release, his hand grabbed the her chin, raising her gaze to meet his.
"My plan was to fuck that pout off of your face, gala be damned, but your whining made me realize how much you'd like that, you brat. Maybe when you learn to behave you can cum. Now, fix your makeup and get ready to leave." Another round of heat spread across her cheeks, dusting all the way down her neck from the combination of his deep voice and firm hold on her chin. A smile started to creep onto her lips but he quickly raised an eyebrow prompting her to tamp it down and instead murmur out a 'yes sir' as he released his hold and turned to leave the room.
Some tips for using a few words to describe voices:
1. Tone Words: Use tone words to convey the emotional quality of a voice. For example, you can describe a voice as "melodic," "soothing," "sharp," "gentle," or "commanding" to give readers a sense of the tone.
2. Pitch and Range: Mention the pitch and range of the voice. Is it "deep," "high-pitched," "raspy," or "full-bodied"? This can provide insight into the character's age, gender, or emotional state.
3. Accent and Diction: Describe the character's accent or diction briefly to give a sense of their background or cultural influences. For instance, "British-accented," "Southern drawl," or "formal."
4. Volume: Mention the volume of the voice, whether it's "whispering," "booming," "murmuring," or "hushed."
5. Quality: Use terms like "velvet," "silken," "gravelly," "honeyed," or "crisp" to convey the texture or quality of the voice.
6. Rate of Speech: Describe how fast or slow the character speaks, using words like "rapid," "slurred," "measured," or "rambling."
7. Mood or Emotion: Indicate the mood or emotion carried by the voice. For example, a "quivering" voice may convey fear or anxiety, while a "warm" voice may express comfort and reassurance.
8. Resonance: Describe the resonance of the voice, such as "echoing," "nasal," "booming," or "tinny."
9. Timbre: Mention the timbre of the voice, using words like "rich," "thin," "clear," or "smoky."
10. Cadence: Highlight the rhythm or cadence of speech with descriptors like "staccato," "lilting," "rhythmic," or "halting."
11. Intonation: Convey the character's intonation by saying their voice is "sarcastic," "apologetic," "confident," or "questioning."
12. Vocal Characteristics: If applicable, mention unique vocal characteristics, like a "lisp," "stutter," "drawl," or "accented 'r'."
Flowers have a long history of symbolism that you can incorporate into your writing to give subtext.
Symbolism varies between cultures and customs, and these particular examples come from Victorian Era Britain. You'll find examples of this symbolism in many well-known novels of the era!
A drooping posture can convey a sense of defeat and sadness. Keep shoulders slightly slouched, and avoid standing tall or with a straight back.
Facial expressions play a crucial role. A downturned mouth, furrowed brows, and a distant or vacant gaze can all indicate inner turmoil and heartache.
Men often avoid eye contact when they're feeling vulnerable. If you're experiencing heartbreak, you might find yourself looking down or away when speaking to others.
Restlessness can manifest in various forms, such as tapping fingers, bouncing legs, or constantly shifting positions. This indicates inner turmoil and an inability to find peace.
Movements may become slower and less purposeful when someone is experiencing emotional pain. This can include gestures like reaching for objects or adjusting clothing.
Men in heartbreak might withdraw from social interactions or participate less actively in conversations. They may seem physically present but emotionally distant.
Deep, heavy sighs are often involuntary reactions to emotional distress. They signify a release of tension and an underlying sense of sadness.
Heartbreak can drain one's energy. You may notice a decrease in enthusiasm, vitality, and overall liveliness in how you carry yourself and engage with others.
Crossing arms, hunching shoulders forward, or clasping hands in front of the body can create a barrier between oneself and others, reflecting emotional guardedness and pain.
Gestures may become less expressive and more restrained. Hand movements may be smaller in scale and less animated compared to usual.
Show your characters gearing up, readying themselves.
The pace is slow, the suspense is high (use suspense techniques)
Provide information about terrain, numbers, equipment, weapons, weather.
May have dialogue as the opponents taunt each other, hurl accusations, or make one final effort to avoid the slaughter.
Don't start too early - we don't need to see the hero getting out of bed, taking a shower and having tea.
2. Start
Fighters get into fight stance: knees slightly bent, one leg forward, abdominal muscles tensing, body turned diagonally, weapons at the ready.
Each side will usually try to be the first to strike, as this will give them advantage.
The movements in this section need to be specific and technically correct.
3. Action
This section may be quick or prolonged. If prolonged, no blow-by-blow descriptions are needed.
Focus on the overall direction of the fight
Make use of the location to make characters jump, leap, duck, hide, fall, etc.
Mention sounds of weapons
4. Surprise
Something unexpected happens: building catches fire, a downpour, relief force arrives, staircase collapses, bullet smashes into the only lightbulb and everything goes dark, hero losses his weapon, etc.
Add excitement, raise the stakes.
5. Climax
Both sides are tired and wounded
The hero is close to giving up, but is revived with passion
Move to the terrain's most dangerous spot: narrow swining rope-bridge, a roof-edge, sinking ship, etc.
Don't rush the climax! Hold the tension
6. Aftermath
The fight is over: bes buddies lying dead, bandaging, reverberating pain, etc.
Use sense of sight and smell
The hero may experience nausea, shaking, tearfulness or get sexually horny
Open body posture, with relaxed arms and shoulders.
Leaning forward slightly towards the person or object of interest.
Making eye contact with a warm and engaged expression.
Anger:
Tightened jaw and clenched fists.
Furrowed brows and narrowed eyes.
Standing or sitting with a rigid and tense posture.
Pointing fingers or aggressive gestures.
Raised voice or speaking through gritted teeth.
Sadness:
Downcast eyes and a drooping posture.
Slumped shoulders and shallow breathing.
Avoiding eye contact and withdrawing from social interaction.
Sighing or a subdued tone of voice.
Tearfulness, with watery or red eyes.
Fear:
Widened eyes with dilated pupils.
Raised eyebrows and a tense facial expression.
Frozen or rigid body posture.
Backing away or seeking physical distance from the perceived threat.
Trembling or shaking, especially in the hands or legs.
Surprise:
Raised eyebrows and widened eyes.
Mouth slightly agape or forming an "O" shape.
Leaning forward or recoiling backward in response to the surprise.
Quick inhalation or gasp of breath.
Rapid blinking or blinking more than usual.
Disgust:
Curling the upper lip or wrinkling the nose.
Narrowing the eyes and raising the upper eyelids.
Turning the head away or physically distancing oneself from the source of disgust.
Covering the mouth or nose with the hand or a tissue.
Expressing verbal disgust through phrases like "ew" or "yuck."
These are just some examples, and individuals may display variations in their body language based on their personality, cultural background, and the specific context of the situation.

Hiiii okay so,
Bad start to #itasakuweek2023 because I thought today was the 21st and not the 22nd whoops.
Fair warning, I doubt I will post any of these on time, lets be real. As for âtheseâ, my thought process was to just write without planning (lol) the first chapter of something for each prompt, rather than a true one shot, and continue whichever one people liked/whichever one I actually like writing and have more ideas for.
These are in no way refined, or fleshed out, sooooo you get what you get! I havenât written in a long time and struggled so hard with past/present/whatever tense, please go easy on me or feel free to beta, I heard itâs so much fun! lmfao okay byeeeee luv u
Sakura had never felt her face drop so quickly. She was sure that if she could see herself, she would probably laugh. Sat in the coffee shop across from the university at this moment, however, she was definitely not laughing.
âSorry...what?â Her shocked eyes blinked exactly once as the words forced themselves out.
Sasukeâs eyes rolled and she heard him suck at his teeth, she loathed that sound from him in particular. The quiet âtskâ sound could wind her up faster than him and Naruto trying to choose what to have for dinner.
âSakura what was I supposed to do?â His eyes met her own again, but only for a moment, they drifted off to the side as he continued. âYou know I couldnât turn down the job, my father put in a good word for me and you know how he is. Besides, you know heâs driving me crazy right now and I just need to get some space.â She scrunched her face. Another blink to stop herself from tearing up. Why did she have to feel so many feelings? Didnât she get to be blind to some of them like the boys were? How unfair
Two more years of medical school left. It was April, and her and Sasuke had been in the process of finding a new place to stay. The three of them had decided that they would rent a house together to get some space from their families before they started at Konoha University. Sasukes parents had been...not necessarily easy going about things, but they hadnât fought him too much about it in the end. To her surprise, they had been more at ease when they found out that Sakura would be joining and not leaving Sasuke alone with Naruto.
Well, two years had passed and nobody had died, thank god. Naruto however, had announced right after their second Christmas together that this semester would be his last staying in the three bedroom house they rented. He had finally decided to move in with Hinata. Honestly, she didnât know who was more nervous between the two of them, both friends had their moments of panic with Sakura in private, it made her laugh when she thought about how perfect they were for each other.
And so, she and Sasuke had set out to find a two bedroom as they didnât want to share with anybody else, but couldnât afford to stay in the larger rental without a third. They had found a nice apartment a little further away than their current place, but still within walking distance of the Uni, a requirement on Sakuraâs end. Until Sasuke had to open his dumb mouth and put a wrench in their plans. How did somebody who talked so little cause so much damage when he chose to open his mouth, where had he been getting the practice?
âWeeell, to be fair this feels pretty spontaneous on my end, you literally never told to me about any of this. You know I understand with your dad but...you also know I cant afford this place on my own, what are we supposed to do, the lease is already signed and move in is only two weeks away! What the hell Sasuke, youâre seriously stressing me out!â And he was. She had finals soon to worry about, and she hadnât lined up a summer job yet either. Not to mention that Ino wouldnt get off her back about finding a summer romance...get real. She could think of literally ten million things more important . A flick on the forehead snapped her out of her spiral.
âRelax, Itachi will move in.â Ah, he was back to Sasuke Light(TM), full dialogue not included.
âI obviously want more information than that, get real pal.â It was her turn to roll her eyes. He loved to bait her, just to be a dick, she was sure.
âHeâs back in town next month from Suna, you know how easy going he is.â She did not. Itachi...she didnât know too much about him at all to be honest. They had of course met a few times, she had known Sasuke since she was 12, going on almost 10 years now.
While her and Naruto didnât end up at the Uchiha house super often, they spent a guaranteed four dinners there every year. Sasukeâs birthday (of course) as well as Narutoâs, Mikotoâs (She loved throwing large parties but her birthday was the only event Fugaku allowed her to get a little crazy...so she did), and every year without fail, they also gathered to celebrate the new year. Sakuras birthday was excluded, but only because she preferred to spend it alone and everyone had (finally) accepted that. It took a few years of arguments with the boys and hushed conversations with Mikoto, but everyone caved eventually. Sakura gave a mean puppy dog face.
She shook her head lightly, she was distracting herself again.
âFine Sasuke, thereâs not much I can do about it now I guess. Can you at least pass on my number so we can text and figure some things out?â What she really wanted to know was if he would be replacing their old ratty couch with one of his own, she was dreading buying a new one and she might as well be hopeful about the situation. He smirked, probably thinking the same thing, and gave her a mock salute as he walked away.
âEverything will be fine Sakura, Iâll see you later.â She pouted into her coffee, he didnât know that. He couldnât know that. Her phone buzzed.
Itâs Itachi. Thanks for indulging my little brother. I know you probably arenât thrilled about things but I hope we can help each other out in the coming year.
She hummed to herself. Realistically, Itachi wasnât the worst option. In fact, compared to Sasuke directly, maybe it would be a more relaxed year in the home area, Sasuke definitely had a party boy reputation and often made it his roommates problem. Settling on cheering up, she messaged back.
Thanks for saving me this year, Iâm sure having a roommate wasnât in your plans but I promise all I do is study and have the occasional cry of either frustration or despair, normal med student things really. Do you want to arrange a time to see the place? I get keys in a week and we can move stuff in as early as the week after.
After stuffing her phone in her bag, she slammed back the rest of her coffee and tidied up the dishes she had. No point stressing herself out more than she needed to, she supposed. She wouldnât have to pay rent alone, and hey, maybe sheâd get a new couch out of it.
When she got back to the apartment, she screamed into her pillow for a solid minute. Cheerfully.
When she woke up way later in the evening than intended after she fell asleep watching tv, it was due to hunger. She groaned as she pulled the blankets over her head, and not quietly. The natural consequence of course, was that Naruto barged into her room, acting as if he had never heard this specific cry before (he had).
âUhhh....you good in here Sakura?â She responded with a mumble but got up regardless.
âYeah Naruto, Iâm good. Hey, are you here long enough for dinner? I fell asleep and Iâm starving.â Before Hinata was in the picture it was always a yes, but the olâ lug had grown up and actually prioritized things now, it was touching to see.
âAhh Iâm sorry Sakura, Iâm just grabbing some stuff and then me and Hinata are going to see a movie, if you want to join Iâm sure she wouldnât mind though!â And she wouldnt, but third wheeling wasnât in the plans for the night.
âNah, go on without me, I donât want to interrupt. Iâll probably go grab some tempura or something quick and then head back here anyway. Say hi to Hina for me though!â He grinned and gave a wave, leaving and walking so loudly to his room. It would have impressed her if she could forget how much it annoyed her first.
After he left she decided to sprawl out on her bed for juuust a few more minutes before committing to getting up and ready to leave the house. While she didnât have groceries and wasnât in the mood to go get some, she did have coupons for the tempura place down the street, so that settled things.
She took her sweet time getting out the door and eventually walked to the little stand around 11. End of the semester could be stressful but she had already dealt with pretty much everything that she technically needed to so...why not have a late night out? Dressed in Sasukes old soccer joggers and a tank top she sat down and greeted the owner Daiki, who waved at her and asked if she wanted the regular. She grinned and nodded while passing the coupon over the counter. Nothing made her feel better than food, guaranteed, every time. While she waited she browsed her phone, liking photos on Instagram and generally trying to keep busy so she didnât feel too awkward sitting by herself.
But soon, the glorious moment came. Daiki set down her favourite food in the whole world. She picked up the shrimp tempura, dunked it in the sauce and got ready to take a (massive) bite. She closed her eyes and -Â Â heard laughter. Laughter right next to her.
Popping an eye open she looked to her right. Lo and behold, there sat Itachi, hand over his mouth as he laughed. At her! And he looked so good doing it . How many times were these damn Uchiha brothers going to leave her speechless today?
âIâm sorry, I shouldnât laugh at you, but I donât think Iâve ever seen you more happy than at this moment.â She set her food down (sadly) and turned to face him. âAlso forgive me for joining you, I hope you donât mind. I was out and saw you walking here earlier and I thought it would be a nice chance to talk about our living situation. Please donât let me stop you from your first bite though, I would feel terrible.â Was he...joking with her? She didnât hate it. With a quick nod, she picked her food back up and got right into her giant bite, not caring that someone else was present to witness it. After chewing and swallowing (maybe faster than she should have) she had a sip of water and cleared her throat while she tried to look classier than she was acting.
âWhile I didnât expect to run into you here, I definitely donât mind. Sasuke said you werenât coming in to town until next month though?â Sasuke was the worst person for information, and it was hard to beat Naruto. A feat that personally, she wouldnât be proud of.
âAre you in town now...permanently then? Or is this just a quick stop before you come back to stay? Or, well, sorry I guess I donât really need to ask your whole life story right now.â More food into the mouth! Solves the problem of talking too much every time. Why was she so nervous? She knew Itachi was less touchy than Sasuke, but she still didnât want to sour their friendship or whatever this was, before they even moved in together. Moved in together oh my god.
âDonât worry, thatâs not an intrusive question at all. Originally I had planned to leave Suna roughly within the month, but plans changed as they do and I caught a flight this morning, quite last minute. It wasnât really in my plans, but, well, nothing much has been recently if Iâm being honest.â Okay how could she not ask more after that, was he baiting her on purpose? These fucking brothers. He did look....a little...off though. It was hard to say for sure because they really didnât know each other too well, but, he generally had a calm and in control demeanour about him. Right now however, he seemed the slightest bit rattled, or maybe surprised? It was hard to tell.
âSasuke was right, youâre very easy to read.â Her mouth dropped open, chopstick mid air (again). He smiled, maybe to soften the blow?
âItâs not been the best couple of months for me.  A lot of...unplanned things have been happening. However, nothing to worry about. Everything will work out in the end, it always does.â He smiled softly and tilted his head and...and Sakura just hoped her blush didnât look as strong as it felt.
âWell, Iâm glad youâre so optimistic, and you can tell Sasuke to shove it, heâs not in my good books right now even though everything âworked out in the endâ as both of you, actually, put it.â Sakura made sure to scrunch her nose as she let out her distaste for his brother. Sasuke owed her, even if she liked Itachi and had definitely warmed up to the idea of staying with him the longer they sat together. Itachi and her had met, and even spoken before, but never as casually or as personally as this. He was often very short when at the Uchiha home, their encounters fairly brief for the most part.
âFinish up Sakura, Iâll treat you to some tea and dessert while we talk about the apartment and this coming year together.â Before he finished speaking he had waived Daiki over and paid for what she owed after her coupon, not even looking over to see if she was agreeable. He was so...confident. And a new kind of sexy, one she maybe hadnât been subscribed to before but definitely was now. Okay this time her blush definitely stained her face, no way he didnât notice. Did he not know what his voice and that tone...no, he couldnât know, he was just being nice. As he always had been. Like normal Sakura, get out of your head dummy.
While she finished up her late dinner, she couldnât stop the thoughts floating around in her head . Yes, she was definitely warming up to the idea of him.
