I often wonder why the universe lets me see what it does. I wonder why I feel how I do. Are these real signs or just noise? Why can’t for once the universe send me a clear message. Why can’t it have a person speak words to me that make the decision form in my mind? Why can’t some words show up in the grass? I know the thought is lofty but the wish is real. I’ll forever wonder why. Maybe this weather will teach something to me

I had to put my dog to sleep today and I haven’t felt so empty in a long time. I know she’s frolicking in a field full of flowers with her brother and keeping my mom company. Man, I miss her so bad already.
