So the story goes...Born into his 63rd life in 2006, Borts Minorts has lived in San Francisco, New York City and Los Angeles with an alumni of 17 MINORCHESTRAL member / musicians and 13 dancers. With 2 nominations from the S.F. Weekly for Best Experimental Music and loads of glowing press, Borts Minorts and his arsenal of spandex jumpsuits along with his home made instruments, take pride in blending the absolute weirdest structured chaotic musical concepts of The Residents with the spirit and over the top showmanship of rock legends like David Lee Roth and Iggy Pop. Borts fits in nowhere and everywhere. Even the most jaded can't help but to leave a Borts show smiling!

San Francisco was so much fun!!!

Thanks everyone who came out to The Knockout in SF!! What a blast it wast! It was incredible to put on the old onesey white unitard and team up with the original line up and bust out all of our dance moves! Hope we can do it again someday!

Wow! Can’t believe how many people came out to see Borts Minorts tonight!!! Just wanted to thank everyone who came and blew my mind with your presence! You TOTALLY gave me all of your good energy which is BORTS FOOD! It was such a fun show and LOVED playing with my new killer little power trio with Rikk and June! @phantomrainbows ! Thanks @nethrock for including me in such a spectacular bill at a nice venue. Grateful!!!❤️⚡️

OH MY GODZ AND GODDESSES! I just recorded a brand new #bortsminorts album with the monstrously talented Timo Ellis of one of my favorite bands on the planet #netherlandsband. (You must check them out) Timo has also played with Cibo Mato, Yoko Ono, Sean Lennon, Joan as Police Woman and John Zorn. He is brilliant and I couldn’t record with a more perfectly musically twisted mind! Plus he lays down some sick dub reggae bass grooves on the album! I am SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU!!! The album is going to be called HORNED GOD GIVE ME THE STRENGTH and it’s completely ill. It’s sort of like a gospel music Merzbow meets Slayer on cough syrup and brown acid with a sprinkle of Teletubbies and a flourish of Black Flag if they were Irish penny whistlers!
