He might be blind, but he'd seen the edge of the locker door close at the last second. Pretending he was none the wiser was a cinch with how confused his circling lopes painted him. Instead of searching desperately for his target, he's scoping out the area, making sure they're both alone before he sidles up and rips open the red cabinet like it was an offense to his bullish nature. Instead of prying her free, he waits, watching to see what she'll do like a cat with a mouse. "Yer gettin' rusty."
Quick and Quiet was useful for many things including a quick escape into a cabinet before the killers knew she had even been around a generator or their totem, or when a teammate was getting hooked in the basement and she could conveniently slip behind into one of the lockers right behind an eight foot tall murderer and get the rescue once the killer had evacuated their being out of the rotten smelling basement. The one thing she didn’t count on was when she was seen getting into the lockers no matter how subtle the movement was those doors attracted a lot of attention when they opened or closed.
It was only a matter of time before it came the day where she was spotted going into a closet and getting caught with it. She’s not sure if it’s luck that it’s the killer she favors who’s seen her getting in or the worst luck conceivable . ‘I uh was seeing what Dwight liked about these things, they’re awfully claustrophobic and I do not suggest anyone hide in these.’

"Hold on. You've got something on your--there." The tip of his tie isn't much of a napkin, but it's all he has to mop at the smudge on her glasses. "No wait, I think I made it worse, actually." Worse as in now there's a streak of generator grease griming up her left frame. "I mean--everything is under control." Is what he would say with a little more confidence if the Kleenex he pulled out of his pocket protector wasn't splotched with blood from his last nose bleed. "OK, now it's a disaster."
She’s not as reliant on the strength of her glasses to show her way through the fog in comparison to Dwight which is why she’s almost completely forgotten the smudge marking up the lens of her glasses. She lets him fiddle with the print, cracking a smile and quietly laughing as it doesn’t turn out exactly as planned with a grease stain now accompanying the previous stain. ‘It’s okay i’ll just use my shirt.’ As she pulls the blue frames away from her face to clean them off, it’s going to be difficult to get off a grease stain with just the cotton fabric she wore but she’d make due with it.
‘Disaster averted.’ She jokes as she slides her glasses back onto her face, not that she considered it one to begin with.

The campfire was just about the only safe place he’d found since entering these trials . Everyone was at ease and relaxing, looking over their equipment and belongings. Everyone except for David. He was instead restless, bored, and becoming a pest to some of the survivors
It was at this point in time that he was looking over the flames at Claudette. She was doing something with what looked to him like weeds. “You’re not ‘avin that for dinner, are ya lov?” he asked, his face grimacing as if the thought of eating those things would make his stomach evacuate out his mouth.
Normally the botanist took to filling back up their rations of medical supplies away from the campfire since when she was here most often than not her teammates often took to fighting like children (Mostly Nea and Feng) and she’d rather steer clear of that but instead of trekking out to her quiet spot in the fog she liked to keep a garden she instead stayed by the warmth of the fire drawing attention to herself as she crushed up herbs to make into tinctures.
‘No that would be gross.’ Considering 80% of this cocktail is straight alcohol with mixed yarrow and other assortments it really wouldn’t and injecting this orally likely would kill a man. ‘This is first aid supplies actually, I have to keep the stocks up or else a certain someone will be hooked before I know it.’ Yes it’s a small jab at their Leader but it’s all said in good humor, she has more faith in him than the majority of the others she feels and not to mention he’s gotten much more reliable and confident, and if anything their newest members were the ones she had to look out for.

The Weeper seemed to perk up at the sound of footsteps, lowering his gaze to check where the noise was coming from. Small waves of aura gave her position out, looking right into her direction without really knowing who was there. It was for sure a survivor, other killers had heavier footsteps and he could make a difference between them by the shape of their legs.
You… you’re supposed to attack them. He tried to stand up, but not being able to how different his body felt now he fell on his knees and stared at the other. Lifting his hand with his palm up, the strange spikes that prevented the killers to leave the maps lifted up from the floor behind Claudette forming a thin wall; pulling his arm back with his fingers curled in a ball making the wall push Claudette right in front of him.
And then it was when he heard her name. “…Claudette?” he whispered between sobs, lifting trembling hands to feel her face. He’d done that more than once whenever he’d lost his glasses during the trials to be able to recognize her. And it was her. His hands moved down to her shoulders, down her arms until they were back on the floor.
He was supposed to hurt her.
But he couldn’t.
Strangely enough despite any of the changes that have occurred to the Leader due to the entity, not once does Claudette feel fear from this newer form the entity has given him. There’s a sharp sorrow that she feels however knowing that this was what happened when all hope had been dried up and she feels partly responsible for this, maybe if she had tried harder this wouldn’t have happened.
It is him which sends another dull ache of pain straight to her heart, he didn’t deserve this, he wasn’t like the other killers she refused to believe that this was the fate that he was given from the terrible deity. As his hands had reached up to search her face she had placed her hand up to rest over one of his hands, as his hands fall from her face back to his sides tears well up in her own eyes both relieved that he hasn’t disappeared entirely yet saddened that this is what’s happened to him. What would happen now would he be forced to hunt everyone down like animals? was his freewill still bound to him? There were many questions that she needed answered but they could all wait.
She pulls her arms around him to pull him in for a hug despite what the entity might have done to him she’s thankful to see him. ‘I w-was so worried.’ She stammers using one of her hands to wipe at the tears gathering in her eyes. ‘D-don’t scare me like that again.’
