um. fat people are allowed to be outside btw. fat people are allowed to wear clothes that do not completely flatter them. fat people are allowed to have their belly showing or wear clothes too small for them. fat people are allowed to exist in whatever they want and we dont have to constantly make ourselves look appealing + attractive. skinny people can wear lazy clothes and be called gorgeous but god forbid a fat person not put 100% into their fucking appearance every single day of their life

Note to self: it’s time to get back on track. Had fun eating whatever but it’s time yo start prioritizing my health again ✨

I am in no way “starting over,” when I take my weekly progress picture it won’t read week 1, nor will I delete the current photos I have. Because a weight loss journey isn’t linear. It’s not meant to start one day and continually lose weight every week. It’s not like one day I decide to start and I remain motivated and on track everyday until every last excess pound is lost. That’s not how it works. There’s days, weeks, or maybe even a couple months where I don’t work out or eat healthy. But life doesn’t start over after a bad week, and neither does my health journey.

But I’m acknowledging that I am going to once again shift my focus to subscribing to healthier eating habits and prioritizing my workouts.

“What the hell do you mean you can’t find Ethan?” Jade asked as she shrugged a hoodie over her velvet dress and slid on a pair of sneakers. She quickly snatched her room key off the desk and followed Grayson down the hall. She jogged to catch up with him. “Grayson!”

“I mean he’s not in his room, he’s not with Naya, not with my mom or Cam,” Grayson stopped in his tracks and rubbed his hands over his face. “My texts won’t deliver, and my calls go straight to voicemail.”

“Does Naya know you can’t find him?” Jade asked tentatively as she followed Grayson to the room Ethan was staying in.

“No,” Grayson sighed and knocked on the door for the millionth time. “Yo, E! Ethan!”
