Being lowkey gets addicting. You never want to share things about yourself anymore. You just want to keep it all because it feels sacred.

Beyoncé Is NOT For You and Here's why....
Truthfully… I’m not here for none of the bullshit… That whole video is problematic and I’m just like ewww to the whole shit….
Centering her light skinned self in a sea of dark skinned black girls…
Centering her light skinned daughter between two dark skinned Black girls…. (which now you NIGGAS are claiming are her own personal Michelle and Kelly)… as if they’re not human individuals with agency….I’m sure I don’t have to say how problematic that shit is…
Just CENTERING herself in a struggle shes NEVER experienced… Being hated for being phenotypically Black… Like she’s never had a wide nose and we haven’t seen her natural hair since she was in Girls Time…
The fact that her DAUGHTER has been attacked is the ONLY reason besides profiting from Black pain that she had to speak on the hate of Black features….
Like the shit is so disgusting… She hasn’t ever dealt with hatred of Black features on a personal level because she’s always been the light skinned skinny chick…
The epitome of European beauty standards for Black women… So her claiming to love her MAN’S negro nose and her BABIES natural hair don’t mean shit to me…
If that shit makes you love yourself then more power to you, but that shit makes you look WEAK to me….
And police brutality? C'mon bruh… Like NEVER. She was raised in the suburbs with rich parents…. like…. this struggle has never been hers…
Then to top it off she exploits Hurricain Katrina and uses a DEAD Messy Mya to self indulge in how she’s “back by popular demand”..??? Like where is HIS ESTATE CHECK????
But y'all don’t want me to point this shit out because “it’s Beyoncé”….
Fuck that.. ALL ART IS UP FOR CRITIQUE… And I will say my piece.
So hell nawww… This video and song wasn’t for Black girls… Hell especially when shes claiming…(I’m Black but not Black like y'all Negros cause my Mama Creole)… Like fuck outta here…
It was for her, her man and her child and all them damn coins she’s gonna collect from you sad negros who can’t love yourselves until Beyoncé says so….
Okay girl, hold tf up with that..
1) Maybe she’s ‘centered’ because it’s.. her music video. Like, it’s not that tough to figure out.. It’s a music video.. she’s going to be the focus.. And to see it as her centering herself in a sea of dark skinned girls instead of her showing solidarity with the black girls who usually get the least shine in everything, putting them as the main figures in her music video, that read is on you.
What did you want her to do? Magically become dark skinned? Use only light skinned dancers? She put dark skinned girls as front and foremost as possible in this video.
2) Yes she’s never personally experienced a lot of the things in the video. So the fuck what. I’ve never personally been beaten by the police. I guess I should go delete all my posts about police brutality? She’s a black woman, she’s part of our community, she’s putting a spotlight on the issues of our shared community.
If anything, her going out of her way to focus on the struggles of other black people speaks to her character. That’s black solidarity. She could have just made a Taylor Swift album and collected her millions, but she didn’t. But you stay pressed I guess.
3) Who tf are you to say that the only reason she cares about black features is her daughter? Check your ego.
4) Yes she fits into the Eurocentric beauty standards for black women. So.. she’s not able to see how darker women of her race are treated? She’s not able to see colorism and have an opinion on it? She’s not able to have empathy for people of her own race? Why, exactly?
5) You can argue that she has ‘exploited’ Katrina. But in my opinion, she’s put a spotlight back on an issue that is STILL going on but that people in the area can’t even get their own politicians to address or acknowledge.
On top of that she’s quietly given $7 million over the years to the Knowles-Temenos Place Apartments in her hometown of Houston, in response to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. But again, stay pressed.
6) Yes she used a clip of Messy Mya who was tragically murdered in 2010. Again, for you to see this as exploitation instead of an honoring and a remembrance (To put the clip at the start of the new video of her lead single of her first album in 3 years, the title single of her tour) speaks of your character.
And I’m 1000000% sure his estate was compensated. Why are you assuming otherwise? Do you even know how video copyright works?
And the other voice in the video, Big Freedia said “It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and I was beyond honored to work with the original Queen B"
7) Why are you assuming she’s saying she’s not black by acknowledging her Creole heritage. It’s a distinct ethnic group within the African diaspora. What’s wrong with her talking about her roots, exactly? How can you claim she’s trying to distance herself from blackness when she made literally the blackest music video in years.
Honestly, I find it amazing how you can turn a video that celebrates blackness of all shades, of all classes, of all ages, past and present, that’s an affirmation of our heritage, our cultures, our lives, and STILL find shit to talk about it.
It’s incredible, really.
^^^^^^PREACH, @open-plan-infinity, PREACH!!!!!!!
Yas to EVERYTHING THIS MAN SAID^^^^
So because he mama I’d Creole that magically erases her Alabama pappy? Is Beyonce the second coming cause she damn sure brought up both parents.
Who are you lost ass children, I understand that being contrarion can bring you attention but why for being silly?
👏👏👏 reblogging for the clapback that was real and relevant and right. And, also came with receipts. Hating on another Black woman is not what’s needed here. People really need to check their internalized hatred @ the door.

BLACK TWITTER JUST COMMITTED MASS GENOCIDE AND IM SCREAMING
Lmfao no
THE CRYING MAYONNAISE IM GONE
Lmfao 😂😂😂
The lice pic gave me the chills
It depresses and infuriates me that a small black child can do everything right, get good grades, serve the community, stay away from bad influences, get into a prestigious school and one day when he's having fun with his friends some disgusting pig ass cop can take his life, his potential, and snuff it out and not even be punished for it
It enrages me even further when I think that white people believe that all black people have to be the above description before they will care about cops shooting unarmed black kids
I really wanna go on a car ride with her
I’m her!

Somebody asked me what’s it like to be a black girl, I turned with a sly smile and said “Oh its lit” 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
