Found a oldie but goodie. I think this is the first time I ever decided to devote myself to doing yoga naked. After this, I would go in to learn to practice naked when possible. I found classes to go to as well. The pandemic has really thrown me for a loop, but this will change this week..

Time to get my mind and body back where I want it to be.
