I thought I'd show y'all the backstory. It all started with this conversation with a friend on an Iron Lung discord server.

That's it, this was the origin of Afterimage Simon.

i want to put simon and grace+rocky in the backrooms i think that:

-simon would throw hands with captain clark and somehow live

-grace and rocky would pull some science bullshit

-simon would get lost and cry because he's pathetic and it amuses me

-grace would treat captain clark like a misbehaving student

-rocky would be very confused in the backrooms

i feel like i’ve said this so many times already but more people need to acknowledge the fact that simon canonically is a cutie pie. HE APOLOGISES TO OBJECTS.

+ people also forget that he trusts very easily when he’s not forced into it, and he has no problems being vulnerable with someone he doesn’t know. sure, it was a life or death situation, but these traits are still there. i genuinely don’t think he would be that hostile towards ryland especially after realising that he’s not dangerous at all.

and, now that’s just my headcanon but i want to add it, to me simon is a huge dork you can not change my mind. i wish he was portrayed like this more please guys have my vision 😭🙏🏻

Robert and Toxic's first interaction will never cease being both funny and intriguing to me bc what do you mean Robert jumped this guy, dragged him back to his apartment, tied him up, got kicked in the face by him and was ready to threaten him with death for info but then somehow, somehow, Toxic got him to talk about His Feelings for his dead father?

Like, Robert "If I ever open up about my trauma in a non-snarky way I'm probably possessed" Robertson the 3rd over here, giving a surprisingly sincere answer to the question "How do you really feel about your father?"
