Why is it when they upset me, people think they should leave me alone or shut me down. This is literally the LAST thing you should be doing unless you want me to become even more upset or permanently damage my trust.

That terrifying moment when you ask "Do you hate me now?", and they actually take a moment to think

I wonder if people on my main are confused where all the bpd-related recs and posts on their dash come from
