Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
Add curry leaves and grated ginger and saute them till the raw smell of ginger disappears.
Next, add the finely chopped onions, roasted semolina, and green peas. Sautee them for two minutes.
Add hot water and salt as per taste and stir to break any lumps. Cook and cover on a slow flame.
Cook till the water is absorbed and green peas are cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander and some freshly grated coconut and serve hot.
